If you check out the long form video I talk about that a bit. You can get a cheap blade balancer or just pop a nail into a board. Hang the blade on it and the side that moves downward is the heavier side. Just remove more material from that side until the blade hangs balanced. Good luck!
I've got the EGO variant on this product and I don't love it yet. It's heavy and hard to control and it makes a huge mess ... dirt flies out in all directions. Curious if I would do better with the Milwaukee one.
I didn't really have the problem with dirt. It is fairly heavy compared to my electric push tiller, but I prefer the Milwaukee one for two reasons: Battery powered and easy to fit in my small garden.
It was upside down. Didn't realize it until I pulled it out for the clean-up. It still managed to catch most of the gold, though. Not sure if that's an intentional design or not, but one more reason to love the Dream Mat.
I’m going to wake my girlfriend up in 11 minutes. She needed a nap. I’m going to crack beer one then. Before any of that I’m going to pee and have a cigarette. The sun hasn’t burned through the fog since Saturday. My glasses are dirty and I’m going to clean them after I open the beer. The yard sale next door this weekend was okay. Mother’s Day was pretty non eventful. Mom is not doing well. Sounds like my girl is up early. I’m going to go
Man that is an awesome set you created. Great gold find as well. I just started panning for gold and I like it but still love detecting. All the best John.
