Coming from Full frame both DSLR and mirrorless systems, its always the size and weight of full frame lenses that makes me lazy to bring them on my travels.. only then when f1.2 apsc lenses became available (and affordable) that i ditched my fullframe system and got the sony a6700. Traveling with this camera is now convenient and light weight.
Aye, drop that comparison soon 🙏 I have the sigma 18-50 on my sony a6400, but I want to return it (as it still possible😁) because I have a feeling that MAYBE I should have gone with the Tamron 😢 as always cracking vid Curt 🔥
I started my street photography journey with the a6000. Although I have had many high spec cameras since, the a6000 was the one that I had most fun with. It went everywhere with me, many times to NYC. Got my best street shot with that camera. I may need to get another one.
May I ask Sony 35mm f1.8 oss or Sigma 30mm f1.4? I currently have the Sony 35f1.8 which has a very fast AF but I still thinking about Sigma which I heard will provide sharper photo.
damn I have a 5D Mark III and want something I can do some selective easy focus with on the lcd since I wear glasses and want to try a Sony setup. Might have to grab one of these as a small compact travel camera setup. Thanks for sharing!
Love all the pictures you took and it's good to also hear what you think when taking the pictures, I can learn a lot! Btw, I noticed you use DJI action 4 for your POV camera. Do you use external mic or in camera mic?
Cracking video Curtis, I think I’m definitely due another visit to the Big Smoke soon. I have that lens, it’s only been off my camera once since I got it but I’m using it with my A7iii, I do want a couple more lenses but not sure which to choose, I could really do with a long lens but something more budget friendly and that seems to be where I’m struggling.
Curtis... What can I say, buddy....it's the channel I hate to love.... Yep... The photos you take with that Viltrox f1.2 lens are just so nice to look at. But man, you are an audible irritation. I quickly learned to mute the volume, and your videos totally improved. Sorry mate... But you are a bit much.....

Taking pictures of people in public spaces, public events, on street is legal and you do not need anyone's consent as long as you do not emphasise the person or their behaviour, you do not make them ridiculous or make the feel embarrassed even after taking the photo (e.g. seeing themselves on any social media or exhibition that makes them feel awkward - unless they gave their consent). With that said feel free to take any photos for personal use. Should you want to publish or sell the photo you need the consent of the person if the subject of the photo is the person(s). - Anyways, most Hungarian people don't give a ... and especially tourists are not even Hungarians, so they know nothing about the law.
I so wanted this lens but had to settle for 18-50 but when I went hiking in mountains with 18-50 and viltrox 75, I realized the worth of low weight and compactness of 18-50 xD
I m waiting for your comparison video 7:52 between this and sigma 18-50 F2.8 and then i ll go straight to the shop Soo be fast plss 😂 i wanna buy my next lense asap
@@CurtisPadley awesome to hear, I was torn between the hero 12 and action 4 and finally made the jump this weekend. I went with the action 4 and like you said, very happy with the purchase! Thanks for the response and can’t wait to see the next video, cheers mate
