Hi I’ve been experiencing this on and off for the past 2-3 yrs. I got the frontal pressure and headache and now recently Iv been having dizziness or vertigo my head feels like a bobble head. They told me because all the drainage goes to my ears it causes an imbalance. I drink lemon/lime water almost everyday but I will try the ingredients you suggested.
I overcame my 30 year old sinus issue by a simple remedy. I crushed 5 pieces of cloves into powder, mixed it with a glass of water, boiled the water and added my regular tea leaves and made the tea with milk. I drink the clove tea in the morning and evening. No more allergic sneezing, running nose and cold for the past 3 years since I started drinking this.
Funny, I started taking tumeric, lemon juice, ceyenne pepper, and olive oil for help with weight loss. After taking it for less than a week, I had a vertigo attack that I haven't had in 6 years. I wonder if the tumeric did something to my sinuses to trigger it. I always thought it was my sinuses that caused my vertigo as they coincided with bad sinus and post nasal drip. I just took your remedy so I will keep you informed if it helps.
Im starting today turmeric drink for sinusitis and rhinitis. My whole face full of pain, feeling lethargic, headaches, nose block and difficulty breathing, lots of infections, eyes tearing, change of voice....everything. I will try this with fresh turmeric root as it is the purest form. The powders selling are of low grade nowadays. Hope it helps me. I cant wait to get some relief. Its been 3 -4 years having this problem , since covid time. I will write again if it works. I believe it will. I believe in turmeric. Gives me a sunshine look when I use it in masks. I cut all the grain food , meat and I veg and fruits and having turmeric ,ginger , black peeper , lemon everyday almost two month but my sinusitis getting worsen it not help at all

This is so true. I used to drink this minus the milk for fibroids and never had sinus. I need to go back to this. Sinusitis is caused by inflammation. This mixture removes inflammation so you will find that other issues also disappear or lessen.
Hi everyone, i want to share my painful experience of ENT issues. The first issue i encountered was relared to nose, I had sinusitis issue since birth. I even underwent a deviated septum surgery that doctors thought causing sinusitis, it worked but for only short period of time lasting only 2 months. The second ENT issue, I suffered was related to throat, I suffered with "papillary thyroid cancer" for almost 20 days of extreme pain and breath issues. The doctors said there is no other option but a surgery to cure the cancer because it grew like a small ball that caused extreme throat swelling. I underwent extremely painful surgery, though it has been 2 years since since I underwent that surgery but pain is still there. This surgery completely traumatized me. My voice was lost for almost 1 and half year and since then It hasn't been same which is making me quite difficult to approach people (my extrovert nature has been lost). Recently I have been suffering with Ear issues, a huge pimple/acne/puss appeared in the face ot the ear canal and after so many consultations with doctors around the country, I have to opt for another surgery this time of ear! Kindly pray for me!
