Not many songs like this one. From their 2nd album, there are a few possible notable songs. "Money", "It's a Monster", "Decadence Dance". But, I'd go with "Get the Funk Out" Peace, Mario. It's easy to see what songs you will like. (It's the same as mine 😜) EVH forever!!!
If you want 13 minutes of pure fucking madness and close to if not 13(!) notes per second try "The coats of Claude" by Buckethead. It's not the best song to react to due to it's length so listen in your spare time :)

7:15 - 7:45 you're reading the bars rather than listening to them which is how you're missing what he's saying because the lyrics are inaccurate. He said "If I dont know HOW TO progress myself around you, then I dont know what else to know FROM you." Meaning when he cannot grow around ppl because they refuse to grow up, then he doesnt know whats the point of having them around. And he goes on to say, "And I dont know what else controlling you." Meaning arrested development is clearly ruling over that kind of person, but there's no telling what else is contolling them if they're so comfortable with not maturing and progressing as a person. Could be talking about money, pride, ego, drugs, demons, drinking, secret sick addictions, secret sick fetishes, etc. Whatever it is, he just knows he cannot progress around ppl like that who dont want to progess as sane mature growing human beings themselves.
