I was there earlier this year and I absolutely loved it, also they must have seen this video and improved their food because while it was still rather same-y each night it was delicious regardless, service also appears to have improved since this video as well

Woah the things people will say to get a freebie. We're planning our third trip to this hotel, staff can't do enough for you and remember you from the last visit. Never known there to be any issues with the food or cleaning. Been to other Paloma hotels and this is by far our favourite.

Very informative...Well done...but your clothes will dry out if you go during the winter months when it's not so humid..

We stayed her last March and we are going back in December. Stayed at Coba last November for a wedding (our first vacation to Mexico), and we decided on Tulum for the second time because of the convenience of having your room close to the beach. Our room was in building 12 right behind the snack bar and the second, quiet pool and it was well worth it. The cost wasn’t that much different from Coba but if you are a beach bum like we are it is so worth it. Going for our birthdays and I can’t wait to see how they decorate for Christmas. They were just starting to put the lights up when we left in November. I love Christmas decor

I was there just a few weeks ago! Best vacation ever! Your video really helped before I left. I was able to know what to expect and know where everything was. So thanks for that. I can’t wait to go back again. I was aware by your time share people and I admit I got sucker it to it. They say it’s only 99 minutes but it was 3 hours long. I was upset cause I felt like they mislead us and took an afternoon from our vacation. Staff was awesome, so friendly and I felt safe there. I won’t hesitate to back again!

guess its better if you stay at home, there the breakfast food will change every morning an of course not on egg shell in your omlette
