Bonjour! Je m'appel Gabriel Cyr et je suis un guitariste, compositeur et producteur du Québec. J'aime travailler et jouer différents styles musicaux et cela se reflète dans la variété des vidéos que vous trouverez sur ma chaine.
My question is, what is that piece of gear on the top shelf over your right shoulder behind you? I see videos of people playing in their practice studios and alot of them have that same peace of gear. My other question is, out of all the songs you've played from the 90s, part 1 and part 2, which is the most challenging for your to play?
Hey! I love your technique. Are you self-taught, schooled, or mixed? If self taught, can you recommend some materials, classes or resources for learning at home? I am currently struggling with excessive string noise, fast staccato picking, fast economy picking / sweep picking. Cheers & keep it up
It’s amazing how how timeless some of it is. Jump has a surprising amount of prog rock synth. And the rush song YYZ obviously influenced a lot of later artists and was twenty years ahead of its time. In fact it’s so unusual it’s hard to pin it down
