I’m making a safari journal for my daughter and watching your video for inspiration. What a beauty! I’m wondering what weight paper do you use for your digital printed register papers? Do you thicken them with clear mod podge or anything? Thank you!
@@kelechim-8406 I use 20lb paper, nothing fancy. The only one I did mod podge was the image on the cover. Best of luck on your journal for your daughter! It’s definitely a fun theme to do.
That’s beautiful!!! On your green pages, did you dye them after the image was on there or did you print on them after you dyed them? I’m having a little trouble getting pages colored with images on them. I can’t run them through my printer after dying but when I dye after adding the image, the ink runs and it gets really dull. I’m so interested in your answer!
Thank you! So on the pages I believe you are talking about I layered the digi’s and sewed them on top of the green paper. I have ran dyed paper through my printer in the past and I definitely have to iron the pages prior to doing so, and I usually have a few fails along the way. My printer just doesn’t seem to grab the dyed pages the way it does regular paper. Hope this helps!
LOOK AT THAT COVER!!! 👀 ❤ oh my gawd those glass mushroom beads(?) are to die for! So cute! You did a great job on your eco dyed papers they came out really nice 👍🏼 Another wonderful creation! 😊❤
How did I miss this one!?! It is huge!!! I love the vibrant textiles and the photos of the beautiful women - not surprised it sold so quickly! It’s gorgeous! ❤😊
Wow! I loved your journal. I loved the green papers you painted/dyed. The blues, greens, and in some mauve colors look beautiful. I’d love to see how you did it. The digitalis used are amazing and look perfect in your journal. Thank you❤
thank you for the flip through, i saw several ideas you used that i had never thought of (charms off of the signature ties in the middle for example). love the use of lace for the pockets.
Wow this is a huge journal! That tassel is stunning! Such beautiful trims and fabric. I love that! I have not made a Boho journal yet. Not sure if I will, but this one is beautiful. Have a blessed day!
You did a great job!!! I've did Scrapbooking on Harry Potter. I've been to Universal and gotten things from there. I love the way these have turned out. Thank you for sharing.
Absolutely stunning journal. Masterpiece work of art. i took lots of notes for inspiration. Have box full of green stuff to make forest journal, but haven't started one yet. Been finishing up other journals to get them off my work space, then can start forest one. Liked and subscribed right away. Your creativity is amazing. Thank you for sharing your process and wonderful results.
wow! I really love your instincts as a creator! I've gone on quite the junk journal deep dive and I'm so impressed with this one. I love the paper you made and would really like to learn how to make them. If you were interested in doing videos about making paper, making clusters, etc., I would watch them. thank you for sharing this.
Thank you! I’ll consider this, I did a tutorial video for the papers in my cursed ocean journal and felt so awkward doing it! 😂 I’m sure I’ll do more forest journals (they are my favorite) so I’ll definitely keep tutorials in mind.
I saw your second comment but just in case…. I used texture paste, a toothpick to make the texture, and acrylic paint. I then sealed with mod poge. Totally just play around! Also thank you for your kind words ❤️
@@LiliMoonStudio It was excellent! Both of them were. I absolutely love this journal. Lions/lioness and elephants are my favorite animals so I was naturally drawn to it. Absolutely beautiful. Perfect idea with the stamps too. Someone recently gifted me a stamp collection book. I was going to use them much like I've seen before. However, I love how you matched with the theme of the journal. Will definitely be tuning in for more. ❤️
