Stopped watching when the information laid out for VATS 76 was wrong. You can lay down multiple enemies in 76 within VATS and have AP to spare or even remain maxed. Sure it’s different because you can’t slow time in a live service game. But with the right perks you can automatically go from target to target dropping them till your out of AP. The L of this system is that it favors automatic rifle weapons within the extreme making other combat builds more of an excersize in fun, rather than bullets spent efficiently. Know what you’re talking about before “preaching” on a topic.
Perhaps the G11E in the Fallout timeline uses electromagnetic accelerators to give the bullet extra range and damage. The buttons are for adjusting the power level of the accelerator, and there appears to be a battery inserted into the stock.
YOOOO Signalis is one of my all time favorites! ❤❤ Just found the channel and had to so a double take on the intro to make sure I heard that right. Great videos!
I don’t know why the rage of the G11 being an SMG is so strong in me but also I wouldn’t mind if they would add more real life weapons to fallout again.
Because Bethesa somehow think that help distract players from their awful story. Why question the main quests logic when you can just be "woah" to every dead body in a raider camp. 💀
The Pipe Pistol (not the Pipe Revolver) is a loop hole in this series since it can be upgraded as a (45cal Semiautomatic Rifle, 45cal Sniper Rifle, 38cal Semiautomatic Rifle, 38cal Sniper Rifle, 38cal Automatic Rifle, 38cal Automatic Pistol, 38cal Sub Machine Gun, and 38cal Pistol). I'm still surprised that we didn't get a Pipe Shotgun in Vanilla Fallout 4 which makes no sense due to the other Pipe Guns in the game.
I always thought the purpose of the Shaun Synth was to work on “Gen 4” type program that would essentially allow synths to grow and age as if they were humans, closing the gap between the two even more
That 500 thousand people, including myself, decided to watch a 50-minute video on the Enclave power armour lore is insane. It is a really good video though...
I'm gonna be so real, I never just find/run into Malcolm Holmes. It could've been ingame YEARS since I picked up my first star cap, but the SECOND I hit the "wait" button and confirm for longer than an hour or two at a time, I get jumpscared by the man. The man has followed me into the penthouse suite of the Lucky 38 when I hit the wait button by accident in front of House. There is no doubt in my mind that if I went there early enough, the man could track me to Zion or Big Mountain. When I first went there, I half expected the last Marked Man in the Courier's Mile to tell me he almost took me for a raider, he did. The man is a spectre and he terrifies me in a way no other NPC ever will.
The Crusader is very clearly ment to be based on the 12.7mm pistol from new vegas, ik he may have just missed it, and i agree with his idea but its probably a chimera of the 3.
I’ve been thinking of a Fallout Hawaii. There’s so much they could do. And Hawaii being smack dab between China and The US, plus places like Pearl Harbor would make for an interesting setup
As to why there are deathclaws in the East and West. It is very likely that they arent actually the same, but 2 competing strains. The west coast ones being far far more brutal and resilliant (maybe leading to more hardened minds making them more resiliant to mind control and their intelligence boost more significant with the intelligent ones) while the east coast ones being alot easier to mentally control but are made more agile. Why they are a competing design of the Enclave is simple, and it all boils down to weapon trials where multiple very similar designs compete against each other to see which one will be adopted.
my idea about the fusion cores is that they are fission as a fusion reaction is self sustaining (as stated by proctor ingram when reactivating liberty prime) meaning that it doesn't deplete or need refuleing, all it needs is the agitator to start the reaction whereas fission power relies on the nuclear decay of atoms when they split, releasing energy. however you can only split a nuclear atom so many times until it becomes a stable isotope again, thus it depletes over time, the same behaviour seen by the "fusion" cores we know and love the fact that the core eject makes this reaction go critical only furthers to back my point
My tinfoil hat theory for the wiring on the 10mm submachine gun, it was for a smart-gun system that connected it to either combat or power armor that would grant it better accuracy, but it was never finalized in game.
I always liked to think that FO3 had the balancing off for the black devil X0-2 set. My head cannon follows mostly what rad says but that the black devil should be better than other suits and that the hellfire was issued in broken steel to turn the tides and not to replace the black devil. Ultimately all of that is simply because the enclave was always made the villain and was given obviously weaker gear in almost all circumstances to make fighting for the good guys easier. Idk I am biased when it comes to the Enclave
I really don’t like Emil’s writing it’s so all over the place, I’ve played DND campaigns with first Dungeon Masters who made up a more coherent story then Emil ever could Jesus Christ what was this guy snorting when writing FO4?
I mean he was stolen from birth by the institute so he really didn’t have a choice to become anyone else. Like why would he leave the institute if he knows it’s way better than in the waste ?
I forget which mod it was specifically but "Begin Again" (A "Tale of Two Wastelands" variant modlist) has the Alloy SMG, as well as a couple other cut weapons in the Op Anchorage vault, with an added crit chance and a Damascus steel pattern to make them unique
They don’t have any outposts near Diamond City because according to Winlock and Barnes “we respect boundaries.” They, as you said, don’t want to come into conflict with Diamond City; not because they care but because Diamond City is needed and because Diamond City has already claimed that area
