So when I was a kid I liked Monty Python and the Beatles. I was so confused when I randomly came across the Rutles. I was a kid so I didn't realize it was a parody. "These are like Beatles songs but that guy is from Monty Python, what's going on?" Well, today I learned that Eric Idle was involved with a parody of the Who's "Tommy" and it's absolutely brilliant.

Neil Innes was a master of music parody, funny enough to be an obvious piss-take and serious enough to be genuinely enjoyable.

Hell be ready for that in college but his overlly religious family sheltered him for too damn long hedwigs too emotional physically mature for tommy but yeah that do look hot together.
