Weight gain na hone ki bohat c reasons ho sakti hain jase k ap bohat zyda physcial active ho jis say calories burn ho jati hain aur weight nahi badhta, is k elawa agar thyroid zyda banne lage tu is say b weight gain nhi hota hyperthyroidism kahte hain isay ap is ka test karwa sakti hain, is k elawa jis ka metabolic rate taz ho us ka weight b gain nhi hota is k elawa genetic factor ki wajh say b weight gain nahi hota aur b boht c causes hain but these are very common.... U need to gain weight so kindly eat these foods.... Walnuts, almonds, peanuts and peanut butter, pure butter 2 table spoon daily or clarified butter , chiken, lamb fat and meat and drink this milk shake recipe 1 glass milk, 2 banana, 3 dates, 1 table spoon peanut butter..... This drink can increase weight rapidly...
