Welcome to Everyday EDC! If your a knife nut like the rest of us in the community, you can't get enough of these videos. After starting to collect a bit too many knives to justify, I decided to make a outlet for everyone to enjoy and create a reason to own/review any and all knives possible. Enjoy and all feedback is welcome, even though that statement is a unnecessary because we all know you will tear it to shreds... pun intended.

Had a Huntsman SAK all my life. My first folder was a Civivi Elementum (linerlock) which i still carry. For fidget reasons bought the Sencut Sachse a year later which is a fun knife but boring profile. Now, a year later i went for a Spyderco PM2 and think this is going to be my last knife. I really love my Civivi Elementum more since it carries so nice in the pocket, almost like its not there but my PM2 is a really heavy duty beast. I would not dare certain tasks with a button lock. The springs needs to be replaced and you mostly only know when, when the lock fails. So spinewack your button locks every month or so just to check if the lockup is still good.
I have a Launch 8 and it was THE SHARPEST!!!!! knife i have EVER GOTTEN straight out of the box. That blade CAME TO A NEEDLE POINT!!!!!!!!!!! DAAAANG the launch 8 was great.
I had 3 Hinderers on my list and one on order Not no more From what I could find, this is still ongoing, so I’m not gonna be giving Hinderer any business
2:06 das WEKnife Messer hat keinen Hohlschliff und der Schliff nach oben ist höher kann man oben ganz klar sehen. 2:06 The WEKnife knife has no hollow grind and the grind is higher towards the top as you can clearly see above.
Lol my bad for snapping as well I haven't made a video in like over a year so I care less about my retorts but I'm on edge tonight I was projecting and for that I apologize lol
I’m not a fan of Rick either. His groups on Facebook are run by Nazis, your opinion is always wrong according to him and to top it off my Project X Magnacut had the worst heat treat of ANY knife I’ve ever owned, and ive owned thousands of knives. I could NOT get a good edge on that knife no matter what, wicked edge, paper wheels, hand sharpening etc. the bur just would never go away it was so soft. I had to sell it at a huge loss.
I personally sharpened my Mini Osborne s90v twice, and never had problems. It is razor sharp, cuts hair. I'm using an angled system tho, it might be easier ;)
I got the 0452 in Magnacut steel. Better all the way around. I personally like longer blades. Almost all my pocket knives are 4 inches or longer. Coming from fixed blades, I just can't adapt to anything less than 3.5 inches and again prefer 4 inches or even 4.5. I'm not afraid of 8 ounces of a knife, and I usually have at least 3 EDC knives on me at all times! Over kill,? Maybe, but I do it anyway! So when people whence at 6 ounces, I laugh inside and think to myself, wimp!
Hinderer is a little crybaby that cannot take any form of constructive criticism. He sits on his high-horse, thinking that he is the greatest knifemaker. He has zero room for growth, as he is so delusional. I will be getting rid of the few that I already own and will never give him another penny, as I refuse to support such a sh*tty human being. The knives are so overpriced and overhyped anyway. Kudos to Transparent Knives calling out all the dishonorable knifemakers that don't deserver any of our attention and hard earned money.
Love My msi ;) got some Shephard knives marbled cf scales (not a cf guy) they are gorgeous though but I had to go to the original goat and order those aluminum scales lol... I'm a sucker for metal lol... thanks for watching brotha
When you knife is closed can you pinch the spine of you blade and have it wobble in place without actually opening? Message me on ig I can help you thru some of those basics if you want
im just going to sit here and wait for hinderer to offer Magnacut at 64 HRC, or i will never pay for a rick hinderer knife. why would i pay 400-500 dollars for soft steel.
I may one day make a return but in always around! I'm behind the curve to catch up with the big Dawgs and I'm too competitive to take that and just quit :)
My opinions are meant more for entertainment purposes . . To each their own brotha and to be fair I love their knives. Honestly they are badass. For me, there are plenty of badass knives out there thankfully that allow me to stick to my own internal principles. No judgement here man!
Oh man the sage wins in every way, wish they offered it in black blade edit: spyder's s30v is honestly better than their s45v even though it is supposed to be an upgrade
People do not appreciate s30v enough, especially done by Spyderco. But Spyderco s45vn is going to be a rough equivalent level steel, just slight give and take in attributes. S35vn has no value (to the consumer) in comparison to these two steels. But yeah, I agree s30v is an excellent and usually underappreciated steel. I like it over Elmax too.
I love spydercos s30 (this is in response to both) and to Davec's point - in case you didn't catch why he said there's no value to yhe consumer - it's cheaper (s45 even slightly more so) to work with and easier on tooling ultimately making spyderco more money in the end (despite the constant price hikes) I've mostly stopped collecting a ton of knives I'm down to like 12 (sounds obnoxious unless you one of us still) most of em are spydercos. That being said their customer service is ... dumb and takes forever- the prices are insane at this point (by comparison of two years ago) but relative to the market honestly their still not as bad as benchmades prices. But weirdly enough - I'm still a customer and fan boy of em for life
Also the sage would take it down - but I've never gotten a sage to have the action without bladeplay I want and the para 3 almost always can get that action not to mention I really dislike how skinny it feels around the "neck" finger choil area ... weird I know I want to love the sage more but ehhhh I dunno
In my area switchblades and OTFs are legal to carry and conceal so its a go. Not really the geometry or design for a hard user its really meant for one purpose…a stilleto. For that its sick
My mini Proponent came in the mail today. It fits my hand perfectly. That little string has the blade lock pin, which turns the knife into a fixed blade. Is it heavy, yes but not too heavy. I could do some serious cutting with that knife.
The knife is cool 😎 But guy you need to go to the Dr. For your fingers cause they have fungi on them you need to treat that And the Dr. Can help you okay bro you have a nice day. 😊
Haven't done a video in over a year but you realize its not fungi already been there. It's psoriasis. All that said - at what point in you posting this do you think that I didn't know I have a condition? Just curious like you bringing it up all of a sudden I'm like shit I do? Think before you post man because the only alternative to you just being oblivious is you just trying to be a jerk ya know?
Do u cut your nails with a chainsaw? Wtf, that right thumb looks fuking gross rotting away from fungus or some shit, stop scratching your infected arse crack with your dirty nails.
It's funny because i agree with you, I'm not sure the context which part are you referring to? Sorry I keep up with the comments but haven't made a video in over a year and a half or so.
I bought a Conspirator earlier this year. It's your basic black micarta with stonewashed blade. I like it so much I put in an order for the one in green micarta with black stonewash. My dealer sent me the damascus version. Initially, I thought about sending it back but I just decided to pay him the difference and kept it. Love the Conspirator.
