Would love to see the whole playthrough....it looks like the people who made this got to use the sets from Star Trek Voyager for filming which is cool.
I do not like Reina. I really do not like her, she acts like a toddler. That said, I do enjoy the obvious villain, and how dumb all this is so I would love to see more. Are there really going to be 7 mansions?
Honestly for a "cheap" FMV game it's kinda impressive. They've got the sets, they've got the music, they have great actors. And they have John DeLancie just being given free reign to do whatever and it works so well!
I never played the Star Trek games but I adore TNG. Way back when I was studying for college exams around 2008, I would tune to PBS for white noise or just to reset my brain for a minute and stare at the TV. I needed something uninteresting, and every day they would do a block of relaxing shows. Right after _The Joy of Painting_ it was an hour of TNG. It was perfect: nerd shit I don't care about. Over time, during my small breaks collecting my thoughts, I was starting to become engaged, listening to the plot or glancing to see what Picard was up to. This show for dorks ended up becoming one of my favorites of all time. Hell, I'd watch me some Delancie ham it up any ol day. Here's hoping SGF agrees and plays some more

"The Green Hills of Earth" is a Robert A. Heinlein short story which is largely about a man composing a song of the same title (or which at least ends on that line). Probably a reference.
Despite never seeing this game before, it brings back warm, pleasant memories. As a kid, I'd sit with my dad and watch Star Trek TNG, so this makes me think of those times.
I remember buying this game from a mom and pop hobby store without the manual, if you didn't have the manual back then, obviously there was no way to look anything up. I could never figure out what to do in the game because it never occurred to 9 year old me that you use the second joystick to manage your items. It wasn't until years later that I looked up this game and beat it (along with E.T.)
Wow, Alan is so much better than Steve Burnside. He's nice to Reina, good-looking, gives her compliments, gives her meta-water and a laser pen, doesn't hog SMGs until we give him a pair of gold Lugers... Such a nice young man.
