China should concentrate on improving new technology, regarding ICE powered vehicles and high quality electric cars. The Chinese people can make life much easier for all of us , once they dominate the vehicle industry.
American authorities subsidized Tesla, Boeing, Apple, Semeconductors. German governments also subsidized BMW Simens Borsch Mercedes etc, France subsidized Airbus. so tell me which governments didn't subsidize their own industries?
Western consumers are being disadvantaged by governments who try to ban these electric cars from China. By imposing trade tariffs to support local industries. Most consumers want products they can afford to buy.

Most importantly, China depends on petroleum from other countries, by replacing petro with electricity for vehicles there's less dependence on other countries. EV vehicles are much easier and cheaper to manufacture than petro vehicles, this is why China is doing well in the global EV market.
The EV market is only 7% in the US (down from 8% last year) since the whole thing floats on govt subsidy- I say let the chinese have that market if they want it- save us the burden of it.

China has expanded its power industry by building coal fired power station which is the dirties form of power generation. They could have used gas but this would have cost more and would have been more environmentally friendly. They are going to be subject to carbon taxes to stop them increasing emissions & get their route to carbon neutrality.
China's rise in EV is through stolen technology, which is why the US has sanctions. The manufacturing process are from Western companies that have invested heavy in China over the last 20 years. Now, the government think they can heavily subsidise EV production to disrupt the world order. It's not going to happen & we are not going to buy them. China is at war with the West, supplying Russia with musicians in Ukraine. Not to mention hostilities in the south China Sea. There are going to be tariffs & sanctions from everywhere.

CHINA should NOW investigate ... Mercedes , BMW, AUDI , SCADI, etc for engines which are POLLUTING the environment. These companies have "Cheated" in their TESTING results like the VW diesel scandal. Attached a TRAFFIF of 100% like the US until investigation are completed.
I’ve been using BYD for more than 3 years, so happy with it. I racked up over 150,000 km on it, never had any problems. It saved my three quarters the price of the car already for the petrol bill if I had to pay. The new model of BYD is even more efficient and much better technology for driving assistance and safety. My next new car will going to be Chinese EV car for sure.
@@BLT695 one thing is for sure, nobody is lining up to buy Indian cars except Indians. Whereas Chinese EVs are selling like hot cakes in many countries in the world. Same things goes for phones. Not even Indians want to buy Indian phones.

6:48 I'm assuming that the narrator meant to say "the first time you jump onto this bike," rather than what he actually said, which was, "the first time you jump on this bike", which are two different meanings. The first meaning the first time one mounts, or sits upon, the bike . . . where the second one, as the narrator phrased it, means the first time one becomes airborne while riding the bike. Although, many people will likely understand what was intended in the narrator's words, a large portion of them probably won't realize that they had to interpret the narrator's words incorrectly, they had to put false meaning into them, in order to understand what the narrator was attempting to communicate. This was a rather obvious case, but there are several more not so obvious, and without semantical awareness, such lackadaisical approach to writing can easily lead into ambiguity where confusion reigns supreme. Means what you say, don't say what you mean!
The engineering standards are low as they have only been around for about 15 years. ICE vehicles as they have engineering going back over 120 years and have strict safety standards.
I would buy a chinese EV before I ever buy a Domestic brand. The build quality is job None, repeated tax payer bailouts, and killing people for a less than one cent ignition switch part.
