I'm a musician and video creator! I make videos about music, technology, and music technology. I often focus on new gear or making music from scratch on camera.
My music can be found where music is streamed or sold. Excited to have you around!
I hate that electronic sound. I don’t like anything it’s perfect quantized, and sounds like synthesizers… very boring sounding. That’s no reflection on the guy doing the recording. That is just my personal preference that this is not my cup of tea…!
According to the Korg website, by purchasing the Korg gadget 3 for $39.95, I get 20 modules out of the 45 available. My question is: How much will it cost me to be able to obtain all 45 modules?
i have been producing for almost 15 years now. when i started the MPC was impossible to get where i life - now 15 years later i got an MPC ONE + and i don't regret having missed out all the mpcs before. but for the same reason why i can't agree with you about the mpc as a starting point. it makes more much sense to spend some time in DAWs to learn what even exists and how music production workflows even work before you try to get on an mpc. an mpc is way easier to get into when you know what you're looking for to do.
Great vibe and process! It’s fantastic to hear people do other styles of music on this. I bought an MPC live 2 a while ago and since seeing the Force I’ve felt like I bought the wrong instrument. Your videos make it hard to not spend the money on a Force.
The badest thing is KK 3.3.2 is still not usable in the same way as KK 2.9.6. it‘s a huge downgrade in terms of performance, usability and features. How bad does a company get when they‘re not even caoable if keeping theexisting functions working in the same way. The machine integration to skip i can handle, but thatthe browser is very laggy and slow is a huge problem and the overall usability is just worse then in 2.9.6.
Just wanted to say thanks for the vid. I've seen a number with Launchpad Pro mk III, but usually they are either reviews, tutorials, or simple groove sessions. I've never seen any as you do here, with a tablet, talking through the mechanics. Love it, and would love to see an update since presumably you've used this more now.
I’m glad you provided and alternative to the usual shilltube influencers who tell us everything is rainbows and unicorns while not spending a dime of their own cash. The ratio of critical videos to shill vids is about 1:10000. I never buy anything newly released because I’ve been a beta tester too many times on expensive gear.
@@DylanParisMusic i'm going to be honest with you, bro... i was straight busting your balls with that comment. i came from that video you just linked, LMAO.
For the non-believers who say you can't create a song using an iPad and have it sound good. If it made me get up and dance all the way in Arizona, you've done awesome work, my friend. I can totally do some vocals over that if you ever plan to make it into an official song.
I heard that if you import a GarageBand project, before opening a logic project, you get full transport control. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-RBIwljzVRnQ.htmlsi=NSMfi9umvBzDcpxq
For sure man, I did own a bunch of hardware synth over the last decade. Till now, my favorite was the NL4, the most versatile and rich sounding of the bunch. I have the Minifreak for a week now and oh boy…this one is really one of a kind!
