Thanks, the water was amazingly clear when it got really deep. Apparently it was 120 meters where we jumped in. 😬 it’s been a bucket list for us a for a long time. So glad the whale sharks hung around longer so we could have this amazing experience.
They don’t keep them. It’s open to the sea. We’re in a submerged cage area dropped into the water. The sharks come and go. They bang the side of the wall and throw in some snacks and they come quicker than a fat kid to an ice cream truck 😜
No you can drive there. The National Park is 330km from Kununurra. Most is sealed road but inside the park is all dirt road about 55km I believe . Can get very corrugated as the season progresses.
