PICA however, needs to relinquish the old colonial-type red tape and bring their action into the modern era. All Passport offices around the world work closely with their football federations to expedite passports. Jamaica needs to let go of the old tendencies which were designed to exclude and make the process difficult to get through like a brick wall.
Our problem is bigger than filling any one position. We have a football team game problem. Jamaica can’t play football, some good individuals but as a team we don’t know how to play. Holgate as an individual cannot improve our game,Jamaica needs to learn and practice how to keep the ball for longer periods this takes a whole team effort not just any one player..
