Jamaica needs to have a 16 franchises (no club relegations, just the MLS, NBA, NFL, etc.), one club from each of these parishes, Westmoreland, Hanover, St. James, St. Elizabeth, Trelawny, St. Ann, Manchester, St. Mary, St. Andrew, Clarendon. Then two clubs from St. Cathrine (one from Spanish town and one from Portmore). One from, East Kingston and one from west Kington. Then, each club should have a under 12, 14, 16, 18 and 20 teams and develop those talents for the same senior teams in those clubs. The same clubs should have the same female version. In addition, you must have a national B team that will play friendly games with the club, other teams in the country and other countries. Then from all of this, you will choose the players to represent the national team (under 17, 20, 23 and national team). Last but not least, the standard of the game will be at a very high level where players will be able to earn a good living wage from soccer in Jamaica. I have a lot more ideas that I can share with you as to what Jamaica's football should look like. The potential is there but it needs strong and innovative leadership in certain positions.
