The Revolution runs at an average of 61dB, which is no louder than an average conversation. So it depends on the tolerance of the residents and where the unit is in the space.

The carbon filter goes in front of the 2" prefilter (carbon closest to the inlet) so that the prefilter can help collect any carbon pellet dust.

The 2" pre-filter is replaced with a 1" pre-filter and the 1" carbon filter. The carbon filter won't fit in the unit with the 2" pre-filter installed.

The air scrubber will not provide HEPA filtration without the primary filter, and you could also risk damage to the machine, since it was designed to be operated with the primary HEPA filter and a prefilter installed at all times.

Yes, All Fiber Rinse is considered an extraction rinse, and it is designed to run through either a portable extraction unit or a truck mounted extraction unit. It is not designed to clean air ducts, however it can work in conjunction with professional air duct cleaning systems. It will help scrub the surrounding air during the duct cleaning process.

The HEPA 700 with a charcoal filter will help remove some of the odors associated with the off-gassing of ammonia VOCs from the air, but the source of the odors is in the carpets or hard floors and until those are treated properly, the HEPA 700 will not put a stop to the odors being created. A great product for treating urine deposits in carpets and floors is OdorX Un-duz-it Unleashed.
