Awesome Video! The company i work for bought a used 150w 5' x 10' laser that wouldn't fire. after watching your video I traced the issue to the machine not having a water sensor. The wire for it was just coiled up under the machine.
How this error occurs .This was ok yesterday. y axis 105 instead of 100. I rectified this problem after watching this video. Thank you. Pls explain how this error happens.
It is a great tool, but if you place a paper on the honeycomb base, secure it with magnets, cut the reverse silhouette, place the already cut shape in the hole, it will fit perfectly, and you will be able to engrave with perfect placement, and if you make several ones, it is so much quicker as you don't have to adjust every time
Hola que tal, tengo un problema con ese modelo de red dot en 45°, cuando mando a cortar una pieza el láser también sale por la parte trasera de ese lente que refleja el dot, habrá alguna solución? Lo afloje y moví en varias veces y sigue igual ):
I got this same setup, along with the reci tube adjustable mount because my tube basically sits on the machine. The question is this... after i install the reci mount and this, how would i raise the height of the mirror on the y axis high enough to match? I imagine the same question appiles for the laser head as well...

Hi, goodday.....a very clear explanation video. I followed the instructions and reset hwvr the temp goes to 21 then fluctuates between 21.5 and 21.9 although it was set for 18. How to correct. Thanks.
Thanks for sharing. I am changing the controller board of my 60x40 m.3 laser for a ruida 6432, but I am not clear about the driver configuration regarding the value to choose in pulse/rev. The motors are 0.9 degree nema 17. I would appreciate it very much if you could help me.
