Silencer Central, the nations largest silencer dealer serving customers in all 42 states where silencers are legal. We didn't invent the silencer but we did reinvent the process of buying one. At Silencer Central, our simplified process is smarter, easier, and ensure you get the silencer you need delivered right to your front door.
Good to know about the aluminum baffles => no ultrasonic cleaning. That should be in the instructions. The instructions also need to cover how to install the fixed barrel adapter.
Received my submission from the atf 5/22/24 with a trust… didn’t get a choice… still sitting with the aft as of yesterday and was Tod the trust submission is 152 days or longer at best! There are 2021 people registered in the world with my last name. I have a clean record so these lead times for a trust oin this video are far from accurate.
Don't use Silencer Central. I started my application on June 26th. They have managed to mess up my application so many times that it's July 30th and still haven't filed my form 4 application. Every time they mess up the application I have to reschedule the certification call and that is another week delay over and over. DONT USE THEM. They are just as bad if not worse than the ATF.

The e-form site will not show any info on your tax stamps or forms submitted. I bought two suppressors from SC, and even after receiving them a few weeks ago, no information shows up on my ATF account.
@@theman-pc2ej yes it would. I had talked with the ATF on the phone, and the woman I spoke with said I would not be able to see any information on my account information or approvals.
The Banish 223 won't screw right onto my IWI AR 15..... The suppressor came with a piston that will screw onto my guns barrel threads yet their are no instructions on how to put this piston into the suppressor.....there is also a small spring that came with it...... I've figured out how to make it work but would prefer some directions on proper installation and don't see any videos that cover this.
I can't speak about the other suppressor companies that can help you get a suppressor but I can tell you that Silencer Central owes me a thread adapter or a refund. Empty promises and poor customer service and no thread adapter. Packing list said it was in the box. CSR (good luck getting one on the phone) said they are on back order and will ship out any day. No adapter for six weeks now. Don't get ripped off by Silencer Central!
I never got my fixed barrel spacer to use my Banish 45 on my CMMG Banshee and Stribog SP9A1, both with fixed barrels. So I am stuck with a $1.2K suppressor I cannot use. No ETA when the item will be in stock to ship. Meanwhile I have one today showing up from Advanced Armament Company, theirs looks exactly same as the SC one. I will find out today if it fits. I was going to buy a third suppressor, one for my 5.56, but I think I will go with a kiosk for Silencer Co at my local Rainier Arms.
@geomarzolf8608 from the date of ordering on 4-3-2024 to 7-11-2024 when I received them, it was a total of 98 days with a trust. Not counting the Banish 22 since it arrived with the Banish 45. But they were not going to ship as they do not have any fixed barrel spacers, WTF? Whole reason I bought the Banish 45 was to use it with a CMMG Banshee and Stribog SP9A1, both fixed barrels. I told them to just give me my suppressors, and get me my spacer later. There is no eta on the fixed barrel spacer. Anyone know if you can use another companies fixed barrel spacer on the Banish 45? I want to use it now!
They are a joke. End up having to order the insert and muzzel brakes. Find out the muzzel brake was also on back order. WTF, was gonna dispute my cc charge but was refunded. Now can't use it on my 308 that is was bought for. Also, everytime I spoke with the customer service they all lied. Not once but most of the time. I think they sell shit they don't have available to make you wait. Not me refunded and washed my hands with them. Never even offered to make right. Disgusting!
I just got off the phone with the ATF 5 minutes ago, my form 4 has been with them for a month. They informed me that the average wait time is now 61 days. So your ATF friend is incorrect.
Quietest suppressor is one you can't use because parts on backorder. Thanks SC for waiting 13 months to start filling my order and for the backorder email after waiting /paying over a year ago. F- score for SC Buyer beware
Buyer Beware, they wait until ready to ship to fill orders. They can and probably will send an email saying part of you order is on back order. How is that possible after waiting a year and paying a year ago in full for them to drop the ball. Yes, I got the email and customer service said this is an ongoing issue with demand? WTF a year ago I paid in full not my fault but now my problem. Hope management and this guy knows how jacked his company is. Sales guy collected $2500 for 2 cans and adapters. Tail end of my dealing with them is disgusting. Just letting everyone know about this issue. I see I'm not the only one on reviews.
Just to help clear up some confusion... You absolutely *DO NOT* use TSA approved locks on weapon transport cases. You use those on standard luggage bags, but not weapons. For weapon cases, you use a lock that only the owner of the firearms has a key to. Once you declare your weapons upon check in, you lock the case, and keep the key. If at any point the TSA or authorities want to further inspect your weapon, they are required to ask the owner to open the case for inspection. The case is not allowed to be opened without the owner present with the key to open it.
This video is BS from what ATF told me yesterday. The ATF does whatever they want its a jacked up system just to get something thats not even a firearm. I didn’t get offered to do individual either like said. This will be my last time doing this BS process.
I like SC, but they need to make some long form review videos on their cans. So many other companies do that except SC. Hopefully, they will follow suit as well.
This can is garbage. I took it to the range and all thr baffles metled. It is absolutely not titanium. If the baffles were actually titanium my can would have had to been glowing red above 3000°
Moved from IL to IA on a Saturday 3 weeks ago. Applied for my DL on the following Monday. Got my temporary license and went to Scheel's. Inquired about silencers. Asked me if I had my DL. I told him I have the temp one because I just moved to this state. They said no problem. Did all the paperwork, fingerprinting, etc. Took about about an hour. Was approved in 2 business days and picked up my silencer/suppressor Friday. Pew Pew Saturday.
OK, I went through silencer central to get my suppressor. Called them at the beginning of May to order a suppressor. They were very helpful and walked through the paper work. Once I got everything done and they submitted the paperwork to ATF, it was approved the next day. I paid for the suppressor all ready and I still have NOT received my suppressor. It is taking LONGER for me to get my suppressor from silencer central, then it did getting approved by ATF!
I purchased this tool 7 weeks ago still haven't received it. Silencer central says they are backorder, not sure when they will get them, but they are still selling them.
