When I think of Family games I think of simple board games likes Snakes and Ladders or Draughts. Crazy amount of gambling games for the 'family' title.
It's fair for not knowing the game, and what you don't know is that you are not knowing how to hook the fish in because you are playing through the camera from within the ocean. If you want to have arrows that show you in which direction to press the d-pad, then you have to go change to the surface camera. Another thing is that even if you stay in the ocean camera move, you can know in which direction the fish is heading in and according to that, you have to press a certain d-pad button. Also, if the bar is red, then you need to let go of the stick, otherwise if you pull the line will break. Honestly I like the lack of music during fishing, because it mimics real life
I really suggest getting an ifixit tech pro toolkit it comes with bits small enough for the 3ds and you have a good handle so you can apply a lot of torque never rounding screws anymore
Even back in the day these were considered cheap low budget $20 gba card options they weren't perfect and had slow-downs in some games, but they were affordable and had big fanbase, I've purchased a more expensive "M3 Perfect" flash card for GBA and it had much better hardware, ran GBA games smoothly but it was about 4x more expensive and used "Compact Flash" card instead of MicroSD.
I chose PEX and was able to softmod my ps3 successfully. btw, ps2 games wont run right away with IRISMAN, so install webMAN-Mod (from the same website of IRISMAN) to the ps3 like you did with IRISMAN. Move your ps2 games to the PS2ISO folder and you should be able to play persona 3 and 4 without trouble. goodluck!
I believe the purpose of the adaptor is for different video outputs, my GunCon did come with one and it’s basically a pass through cable with a composite out for you to plug the GunCon into. My family used to plug an RF adaptor cable into the GunCon adaptor, but you could also use component cables or something similar. Modern video cables such as the RGB SCARTs from RetroGamingCablesUK have a dedicated GunCon output, which is what I use today.
This my first time doing this and this was easy to follow. I did accidently get my files corrupted on my USB when I went to update the firmware for the first attempt. Thank goodness it was just my USB.
Knowing how big an issue the YLOD is on the fat model PS3s, I hope the patent on them will be expiring soon! A PS3 clone system would be great! I wouldn’t mind if RPCS3 and PCSX2 did most of the heavy lifting, as long as both emulators have progressed enough by then and the system plays physical discs, even playing DVDs and Blu Rays, I’d be a happy man!
RPCS3 can launch the PS3 interface now. Make a clone out of PC parts that is just as equal in power to the PS3, might be able to get a little more power out of it then a regular PS3, and use it strictly for PS3. I would love a clone in the future running on an actually PC case and just have someone make a Linux distro out of the PS3 interface, kinda like Lakka, but have it be the actually PS3 interface. of course right now that would be too expensive, but 10 years from now it might be feasible
Great video mate! Your content is really amazing. I also watched l the video where you boiled an NES 72 pin connector and tried it for my old NES and it worked! So helpful. I was so excited I even documented it. Thanks a lot!
Hi Retro Game On, I’m impressed by your channel and would love to discuss advertising opportunities. You can find my contact info in my bio. Looking forward to connecting with you!
For anyone here who owns a Funnyplaying FPGBC: You can play almost any game with this flash cart, BUT: you'll need original hardware to load the game you want to play into the memory the first time. The FPGBC seems to have problems flashing the roms into the memory of this thing. If you use the start button to load up the last started game, after booting the desired game on an actual GBC first, everything works fine.
All I can say with the halfpipe game is, "get gud n00b!" Just kidding! That one kicked my butt so many times, I just stayed with the BMX and surfing games before I hurled my dad's Lynx across the house in a fit of rage. Finding out (from this video) California Games is on the NES, I need to find a cartridge for that too.

Im on a Lenovo Legion 5 3060 Ryzen 5800U and can run Demons Souls at stable 60 FPS with CPU overclock disabled, so it's running like a native PC game from that era. Looks the part too with high res UI patches. Drakengard 3 is mostly 60FPS with certain areas having frame drops, overall it's still excellent. MGS4 needs heavy patching and even then FPS jumps around, 40-60FPS, sometimes into the 30s even.
Hi, thank you so much for your video. I did as you showed, I have two controllers, one fully recovered, the other still does not work the "A" button. Do you have any advice?
