DJI assists you in finding no fly zones. Here at Burke Lake, it was fine. Just kept it low, below 500M . I actually flew no more than 200 ft. It’s just outside of DC’s no fly zone. The drone won’t even fly if you’re in these no fly zones. If you’d like to fly there you probably need to get a Part 107 certification.
Not sure, but I’ve been here for over 15 years and it was already here. I believe there are upgrade and remodeling projects scheduled, some already under way, some on the way. Not sure on completion as well, unfortunately.
@@dronezoneasmr1220 I travel that town from 90-2004 ,as a truck 🚒 driver delivering steel materials to ricks iron works and arrow metal works.enjoyed my time there thanks 👍
I was twelve years old when my family moved to Manassas in 1964. Dad had come to find work because the coal mine's were always on strike and he had eight of us to feed. I remember Manassas as my coming of age time of life and i loved the place back then. I made a lot of friends there and stayed until i got married and moved down to central Virginia.I am seventy years old now and growing up there is some of my best memories. We lived on Center Street and then Manassas park. Loved it!
Thanks man. I had no problems. But it is a few miles from Manassas airport, so there’s a height limit, which is 400 ft, but modern drones know not to fly above the 400 ft limit anyway. I play it safe and stay under 300 ft. If you download the AIRMAP app you can file flight plans with airports so they know you’re there, just stay within legal and safe parameters.
