This is a flyby of Burke Lake Park in Fairfax Station Virginia. It may be a while till my next video, because it was during filming this video, the drone crashed into a tree. Hopefully I can either replace it or fix it soon.

What's the legality of flying here from a national airspace and local laws perspective? Looks nice!

DJI assists you in finding no fly zones. Here at Burke Lake, it was fine. Just kept it low, below 500M . I actually flew no more than 200 ft. It’s just outside of DC’s no fly zone. The drone won’t even fly if you’re in these no fly zones. If you’d like to fly there you probably need to get a Part 107 certification.
