One important note is that, your muscles will heal if you let them. This means you need to give your muscles rest. It’s the same for letting a scab heal, if you keep poking at it, it’ll never fully heal. Past a certain point, you should only go to the gym once ever 3 days, then every four days, and so on. This is because your body needs time to heal. And it’s harder to heal if you have resources go to different muscles because you’re “working on a different muscle group.” Your body has a limited amount of resources, let one muscle group get as much attention needed and then go for another muscle group. The gym takes time. Stop rushing. Or else you’ll burn out. I learned the hard way. So give it time.
