As you can see, this man is explaining to us how muscle growth works throughout the video. It is really fascinating witnessing a skinless man teach us a valuable lesson and the cameraman for carrying such as a microscopic camera just to show us how the muscle actually grow. We need to appreciate how much effort he put on the video 😊
it's like a vaccine right, they injected the weakened virus so that our body would get better handling the actual virus. i think a body has some of a pattern where we train them and they'll get better
Pull ups are great, I encourage everyone to do them. Did the Marines ever pull up to your school lunch with a pull up bar? The only Branch that I’ve ever seen do it. Rah
"Jarvis, mute the video, speed up the video by 8x, add the song "Somebody That I Used To Know (Trap Remix)", and finally add a white bar with text on top that says "muscle lore"."
Muscles grow through a process called hypertrophy, where individual muscle fibers increase in size. This is typically stimulated by resistance training, causing microscopic damage to muscle fibers. In response, the body repairs and rebuilds these fibers, making them larger and stronger over time. Adequate nutrition, including protein intake, plays a crucial role in supporting muscle growth.
This brings me to a thought I had a few weeks ago: if someone has super regeneration, doesn't that mean they have instantaneous muscle gain while working out? And also I heard somewhere that your skin also gets tougher when it goes under stress, so what if one with regeneration powers were to take a bath in acid? It would continuously get tougher to the point where the skin is acid-resistant, wouldn't it?
@Gaming & Skating O & R Nah it's just that a goatee is all that I can grow lol. You're right though, the long hair + goatee doesn't really go well together.
Not always because not all time pain is there... This happens when you do exercises frequently and when you get attached to it ... It doesn't mean that you will not gain... When your body is okay with the particular weight., And when muscle fibres tear.. you won't feel much pain because you get habbit of it....... But yes as you increase the weights ( of dumble or other )... Or do more heavy exercises... You may feel sore, but still if you get attached to that.. you won't feel much sore... Very less as you did on before ( or first time ).
@@meow.journals6205 why are u talking about sub count to a guy who doesn't even make videos? sub count has nothing to do with what anybody said. that and sub count doesn't even matter its views that matter
+kwaad777 Did you think through this, before deciding to post it? The only difference that will happen if you eat more than 2-3kgs/month is that you'll gain some fat alongside the muscle, as 2kgs is about the maximum muscle you can build in a month. There's no such thing as "you'll only gain strength, but no muscle", it literally makes no sense.
Lol i will say the same to you, if you weight 70 kilo know and next month you still weight 70 kilo but you're bench press went from 35 kilo >45 kilo. You only gained strenght but no muscle mass.. and make it 0.8-1.5kilo muscle/mass month max not 2kilo lol
Your statement is literally stupid. First of all, there is no way of not gaining muscle. What you are talking about is weight. If you don't' gain muscle, you don't become stronger -> you can't bench more. That's why, when you want to up your lifts, you eat on a caloric surplus.
It's simply astonishing how a skinless man can micro-tear his muscles in a matter of seconds and repair it instantly. Also shoutout to the cameraman for having a camera that can see things at microscopic size.
@@layzhd2753 At one point in my first couple months of lifting I wouldn’t skip at single day. I felt like if I missed one day all my gains would go down the drain. Ironically not skipping a day was killing my gains lol. I’ve since changed.
@@Chrxs210 If it makes you feel better your muscles will not lose any volume without working for up to two weeks. Even then the size decrease is still a slow process.
@Who Cares? True but you need proper diet too. Bodybuilding is mostly Diet, Sleep and Training. Lacking in one of these will not let you grow muscle fast
