3 days in, the most vivid dreams of my life. No nightmares, just amazing scenes from my memories. I've spoken to my mother who passed away, spent time with my oldest friends and earliest loves. I honestly look forward to sleep, I feel I am experiencing whole new parts of my life. Amazing.
I've been smoking 8 years. I thought I was inhaling my cigarettes. A co worker informed me that I was not doing smoking it correctly. I just brushed it off. Because I thought it was and I wasn't. That was 6 ago. I've had more brands of cigarettes than a normal person. Because I like to smoke different different brands. All the time. Recently I've been inhaling my Cigarettes like I'm supposed to. Which shocked my co-workers to the core. Because it was my managers, seafood and meat manager at my job a month ago. I guess it was time for my lungs to finally grow into my body, so to speak. And now I am correctly smoking like everybody else. Now I can actually enjoy it like everybody else as well. Which means I can focus much better than I could before. I can handle tasks even at work better than I could before. Nicotine is a drug for a reason. It's addictive, otherwise you would need a license to purchase cigarettes.
Cigarettes and alcohol addiction actually destroyed my life. I could remember several years ago after divorce with my husband which brought me into my disastrous journey on Alcohol and cigarettes. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Got diagnosed with cptsd. Not until a friend recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 8 years totally clean. Much respect to mother nature the great magic shrooms.
Congrats on your recovery. Most persons never realizes psilocybin can be used as a miracle medication to save lives. Years back i wrote an entire essay about psychedelics. they saved you from death bud, lets be honest here.
Can you help me with the reliable source. I'm 56 and have suffered for years with addiction, anxiety and severe ptsd, I got my panic attacks under control myself years ago and they have come back with a vengeance, I'm constantly trying to take full breaths but can't get the full satisfying breath out, it's absolutely crippling me, i live in Australia. I don't know much about these mushrooms. Really need a reliable source!! Can't wait to get them.
YES very sure of Dr.benfungi. I have the same experience with anxiety, depression, PTSD and addiction and Mushrooms definitely made a huge huge difference to why am clean today
Ive done shrooms last month in my house. It taught me how severely traumatized I was from alcohol. I healed from many mental traumas from my past and was able to forgive, let go. Shrooms to me is a remedy not a vice. I even felt more refreshed the morning after. So no hangovers. No depression mood for days. No anxiety.I now have a more calm mind
This is inspiring. I've been addicted to nicotine for 15 years, I'm struggling to quit. I went from cigarettes to vaping, which is almost worse because I vape more often than I smoked. I'm throwing out the stupid little nicotine pods, I'm tossing the vape. It has to stop. Thank you for sharing this.
Yeah I recommend leaving them off while you sleep I used to love the vivid dreams but now they just wake me up in the night feeling very anxious. I would say take them off about an hour before you go to sleep. I came off nicotine patches about a week ago I am now smoke free after 25 years so they definitely worked for me
When we are baby's we feel security when sucking. To suck brings comfort and security. The act of suckling is what smokers seek in a cigarette.. comfort, security, hope. Everything we felt as a child on our moms breast. We have to slowly take a baby away from this through soothers. The soother and the cigarette share the same space
Everyone knows the dangers - but lets not lie to ourselves - smoking has benefits - first of all - you look look smoking. Second, it comes you down - atleast temerarity (after 10+ minutes you actually get rebound anxiaty), Cigarettes make you think sharper - your brain works better. There is a cognitive effect. I heart this one thing - "Smokers hate themselves" , and thats true - that lung cancer or heart disease is not worth a slight buzz and smokes that cost $13+ per pack.
40 years smoking, I am on day 6 without cigs. Using some nicotine therapy products. Mostly it is a mindset change to my new mantra: I’m a non somoker, I do not smoke, smoking hurts, I want to feel better and look better and be able to breathe!
Smoked 40 years until 57 , I new it was killing me so I just stopped 6 weeks ago and I can’t even stand the thought of a cigarette 🚬 can’t believe I poisoned my self all those years.
Sorry, but this is stupid. You are just replacing one way of taking in nicotine with another way. If you're gonna quit, quit. Don't use replacement therapy. It's stupid. It's like a crack head saying, "I'll quit shooting up gear through a needle. Instead, I'll smoke it through a pipe." They're still getting the drug into their system, which keeps them hooked.
I am 67yrs old and I have been smoking for about 50yrs .I had been hospitalized with COPD and didn't smoke for 3 months. Again picked up smoking around 15 days back. From today evening I have planned to quit again.please pray 🙏 for me.god bless us.
Hi please help me with answers. I quit cold turkey 92 days ago but I had very bad day on my 89 . Day and I smoked 3 cigarette not more and I felt bad from it and not started to smoke again. But I feel in my brain some receptors get alive but not that intense like was in my first day. now and I don't know how this will affect my quit. Have to start all 90 days again?? Please help. I not feel like from scratch but some receptors I developed with this3 cigarette. How quick these new receptors will die off? Of course cold turkey no nicotine anymore. Thanks guys please answer. What these 3 cigarette done in my brain? Thanks
I read the first few lines and not gonna bother with the rest. You smoked 3 cigarettes on Day 89. Who's fault is that? Your fault. Should have chosen not to do it but whatever its behind you now. I WILL HELP YOU. from now on, just stop doing it. I'm not gonna read your buIIshit "help me blah blah blah receptors" just stop. Addiction is a choice, stop smoking.
I have a very deep seated nicotine addiction. I really want to stop, especially seeing as cigarettes are now 66 dollars a packet here in Australia, indexed to rise by 2.66 every 3 months forever... But the struggle of withdrawals is terrifying.. im not giving up on giving up though. I saw the struggle my grandfather had with emphasema in his last years, and definitely don't want the same fate.
Cigarettes cause me to have: cancer recovered then I had my nose taken off my face from skin cancer recovered now I'm on oxygen and I think that's going to be the big one that keeps me forever emphysema God help me and God bless you for help help yourself get off
For anybody who wants help even if you fall off the wagon get back on it is a struggle for life it's best to quit for life put someone down because they they have a cigarette
Just quit today. Wearing a patch. Been smoking a pack a day for 21 years!!! You won’t quit unless YOU WANT TO. I know that this time, I finally want to!!!! Pray for me
Been smoking 15 years and Im on day 2, I'm using the nicotine gum I had from last time I tried to quit. Really hoping this sticks this time. I'm definately craving the urge to go and buy a pack....
What do you mean the look on his face? You won't crave cigarettes after you quit. Maybe initially you will but after some time those cravings go away. You might miss the dopamine hits but once you reset you will find dopamine from other sources. Healthy sources that actually help your life, not kill you. I quit a little over 9 months ago and you can too.
