Thanks that was so helpful and a success for my portfolio including all INFORMATICS shared then only one thing left is now acknowledged criteria of lengths because the eye witness que as multiple intelligences array visually then last statement registered the inches as perfected and of courses the levers INCLUSIONARY fundamentals acts upon visually mathematics. Thanks .

I have a phillips norelco multigroom 5000 and it comes with 4 guards 21/32in(16 mm),15/32in(12 mm),3/8in(9 mm), and 5/32in(4 mm) how would these compare to the guards you mentioned when it comes to trying to fade
i am the worse at explaining stuff but bro literally taught me more than a barber school would in 5 weeks. thank you all the other yt vids claimed they will make it understandable which they didn’t but you literally got straight to the point and helped me ty
The 2/8 in should be 1/4 and so on but I got what you did there just trying to make it easy to follow not trying to hate your great at simplifying the topic might need work on simplifying fractions tho ...lol I had to say it but all honesty thanks for this video I just wanna do good cuts at home for myself and family maybe some friends if they brave enough
I just got my new one, but i have a problem with taking of the guards , i have to pull verry hard otherwise they wont come out, do i neee to take them out in a specific way?
Why are the “teeth“ so long? The clipper guard that you say is an inch… Those teeth are way longer, and I don’t understand what the point of the teeth are, considering the hairs will fall down in between them, and get cut off by the same blades on the clipper. The blades on the clipper are always in the same spot so I don’t understand how any clipper guards work really…
Ok jus so im sure im inderstanding the lever closed means 0mm and open is .5mm or is it 5mm closed and 1mm or 1.2mm lever all the way open?? Cause iseen online that lever all the way open on some machines/brands are 1.2-1.5mm. That way iknow how im blending and adding to the next.. ilove how this got broken down but some guards are set with a number along with their measurements. Example mm or in inches
So to fully understand this...I have 6 guards. No6. Says 3/4 and 19mm. Which means it will cut 3/4 inch or 19mm of hair in the open or closed postion.. and the no.1 guard says 1/8 and 3mm which will cut 1/8 or 3mm inch of hair in the open/closed position. I know I can't yet remember which is open and which is closed yet
And second question..which will cut more hair? Open or closed? .....closed right? Since it's closest to the skin?...I never thought a freaking hair clipper can be so complicated 😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Thanks for explaining this so dummy proof bro xD i'm from europe we don't use inches here, But this made me understand it. I was looking on RU-vid and Google allot for guides, This is by far the best one
