There's something magical about your food. I appreciate your efforts; I was wondering if you could share a video of you cooking with KHAL viewers 🥰😘🤩 *-----------------------------------
Folding over the dough like that is really kneading. But I thank you for showing it because I watched two other videos and one didn't show how to do that and secondly the other one used a machine to knead the dough. So I will be trying your recipe!
Great recipe…! I’m from USA, Plano, Texas…your bread looks like a Chilean bread call Marraqueta.. delicious, I will try your recipe.. thanks for sharing!!!
Your yeast was probably dead, not active, or expired. To make sure that the bread will rise put warm water, or warm milk. If it too hot it will kill the yeast and if its too cold it wont activate. Leave it for 5 - 10 minutes. If its not bubbling then its not active.
Love the method, unlike a lot of similar, no faffing, no fancey skills, no OTT, nice n simple. As for each 1 is different, well, yes it gotta be, other wise it will look like something from the shops, and not authentic. Thanks Liza, will def try it, and let you know.
Excuse me but one of the ingredients you list in your recipe, the measurement is incorrect. And you know baking has to be precise. You list two tablespoons of yeast and you say it's 10 g. That is incorrect. Two tablespoons of yeast equals 34 grams! You really need to change that or people that are going to be trying your recipe are going to come out with a horrible yeast taste! It should be no more than two and a half to three teaspoons of yeast at the most.
My son just made this for dinner, two of them. He messed up on the yeast adding in less lol but it still came out alright. The dough was tough so we kept adding in water. Nonetheless got two nice round breads and made a memorable dinner with my son. Thanks for the video ❤
*WARNING* If you are trying to make this bread please make sure you rest the comments. The ingredients may be off... it was for me too which was a disappointment...I hate wasting food.
