In 1994 KISS were on their last (unmasked) legs. Wearing t-shirts and sporting beards the band was finished in their North American homeland. The (masked) Reunion tour two years later solved their problems. So be it.
@@franzbutykoff3028 lamentablemente no viví esas épocas.
Such a GREAT song! I had a paper route in the 80s and used to blare this on my Walkman delivering the papers. Also to get this cassette I paid a lot to the other kid (Neil) that had the other half of the block, we both liked heavy metal but I couldn't find Creatures of the Night anywhere and had to have it. It was worth it.
Im an older KISS fan. I didnt care for this album. It lacked Ace Frehley's playing & KISS no longer had their "let's have a good time tonight!" vibe. It doesn't sound like KISS to me any more than The Elder or Unmasked :)
The best drummer in the kiss History, for me, is Eric Carr (RIP). The Jazz influencies of Peter Criss had good times but look this crazy style this guy played in this song. This shit is insane. Here in Brazil this Album is an object of cult. At this time, their popularity in EUA and Europe was low, and they played here to 200.000 fans. The TV showed this guys everyday until the day of the concert. The popularity of Kiss exploded forever. But This Album is one that i listen and can't find a track to discard. i Like to much the 5 first years of the 80's kiss.
When this song/ album came out electrified the air. We were so young I remember my friend saying “ I got the KISS new album “ and we ran to listen and see the album cover. That transition from orchestra to heavy metal was………..🫣🫣😜😜🤪🤪 crazy. Those drums sound, the NEW DRUMMER . 👍👍🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🤟🤟🤟
I did this a looong time ago, just for me. I thought the title track of the record needed a video. It's not the best editing I've ever done but then the source material was all over the place, so I had to play with what I had.
I’ve always wondered what Ace thought of this song, he promoted it and the tour but never said his opinion of it. The closest thing he’s come to anything associated with this album was perform “I love it loud” live w/ Peter from 1999-2000…
This album was they're return from the solo albums and disco inspired shit song I wont even mention....back to the hard rock and making a statment....it was the last kiss album I ever bought
Ace Frehley never played on the Creatures Of The Night album yet here he is in the music video. That's because he was under contract to appear in this , the I Love It Loud music video and on the cover of the album. This must have been filmed just before he quit the band and it's very obvious this is not Ace's style of guitaring heard on the song anyway. He's just pretending to play in the video , I do however like his black outfit with the silver lightning bolt though lol.
