i was like ... YO some audacity of that judge to dismiss EXPERTS in their fields xD i was like WHAT !! GOOD CALLING THAT OUT LADY BAD ASS ! good job ... no reason to dismiss the experts if youre not afraid of something ...this is AMERICA ... JUDGES NEED TO STOP BEING LAZY AND WHATS THE POINT OF COURT IF YOU CANT PRESENT BOTH SIDES?! GET OUT OF HERE... I LIKE THIS SHOW GOING TO SHARE IT WITH MY FELLOW PA CITIZENS... However, I just find it odd that courts will let religious people testify wack crap but you're not going to let a microwave doctor say their thoughts? Afraid you may get freaked out and start wearing a tin hat or something? lol... people thought cigarettes were awesome for years... :) turns out they are not good for people ... and part of the reason it took so long is because the companies were permitted to use their experts to present all the "science" ... honestly, i still smoke them. In this case, im even fine getting microwaved so long as PECO stops increasing my rates before my power gets shut off and i bake in this heat anyway ... bu some people may not be, and they shouldn't be forced to .. it's their choice. Its a disservice to the citizens of PA to not let us hear all sides and instead trash our citizens and the experts we have working in this community ... bad taste IMO. Weird that a court can completely dismiss evidence law, and let a judge cherry pick who he/she thinks is an expert in a field that they aren't even in ... sounds very russia communist like .. doesn't it? Power corrupts ... a good judge would never do that .. . judges are impartial THAT IS THEIR EXPERTISE and what they are HIRED BY THE PEOPLE to do ... whole situation is suspect ... whose payin them?

Smart meters have negative health effects, is this being addressed? Pushing it through because big business wants it does not make it a necessity, we could wait until further study concludes a safe method of implimating this technology, such as shielding the emf frequency waves.

I made a complaint to the PUC about my electric company that someone had changed my electric company to Talen Electric to which I know nothing about. They send me a post card stating Terms & conditions. I called PPL utilities and told them that I received this post card and I did not authorize this company to be my electric company. I had spoken to investigator Grant Geszain who states that I called Talen although I never knew that this company existed that I called this company and asked to be changed and they went as far as lie and state that they have an recording of me asking to be changed. I welcome them to play this recording because I would like to hear this as well.I called and asked to be changed back to PPL electric because I did not give permission to be changed to Talen.I received a letter from Talen stating that I called many times and they went as far as to lie and states names to whom I did not speak to because I did not speak to many in this company. They stated that I told them that my neighbors house caught on fire which was also a lie.They also stated that I called them and told them that I was happy with their company. Who does this? Your investigator Mr. Geszvain should be fire from the PUC. I was on the budget plan and paid the same amount of money in the summer as I did in the winter months although I used less electric. This is who the plan work to keep our electric bill from being to high. I live on Social Security and because of Talen taken over my company with large fees I can't play my bill in full like was able to do all these years.I believe my neighbors must be having the same problem because they don't have on their yard light any more.These are also senior citizens.I now received a post card from PPL stating that my electric will go up mat 14.99. I believe because I complained now my bill is going up very high. Some of these people have stock invested in Talen. my daughter or my neighbors did no get this post card stating that their electric is going up that high.
I am keeping myself not working with UberX my residential insurance have no answer for me about coverage they keep answering me they not going to cover me at all. I ask them to find out how many thier customers already driving for transportation they need to send alert to all of them before it too late . I inform them this uberx company policy is when we accept request we get into thier coverage until we drop customer . When read uber insurance policy it is unclear to me because they promoting commercial drivers in thier own word according to rules and regulations here are thier words As always, all UberBLACK, UberSUV, or uberTAXI rides are provided by commercially licensed and insured partners and drivers. Those transportation providers are covered by commercial insurance policies, in accordance with local and state requirements. We are proud of these policies. We continue to look for ways to do more to ensure safety on the road for our transportation providers and their passengers. As we continue collaborating with the insurance industry and other stakeholders, there will be more to come. after seen a taxi driver accident car been total and driver been hospitalized i cannot drive $20000 car for to make estimate 100 dollar a night while I don't have clear view of my insurance coverage . second thing 5 stare rating not proper way to address complaints rider has understanding about five stare I ask many riders how you rate driver they all answer like a doctor ask you how bad pain you have tell me from 0 to 10 so I told them if you give me even 4 star it mean you don't like my ride at all you want me to get off the street .that night I had 12 rides 10 of them 5 star and 2 not 5 star I can't see what number of those 2 bad star and don't know the reason until I get warning or kicked off from uber and customer also comparing rides with the thier previous if they don't find it better you get 4 star if thier last ride was bad this one is good you get 5 star . It does not make sense to me .
