The 2024 Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Multi-Agency Black History Month Celebration. The national theme for Black History Month 2024 is African Americans and the Arts. The program highlights the many impacts and influences that Black Americans have had on visual arts, music, cultural movements and more. The program celebrates how African Americans use visual and performing arts, literature, fashion, folklore, language, film, music, architecture, culinary art and many other forms of cultural expression to share experiences and influence culture.
