Congratulations! I go in for my reduction tomorrow! Going from 38/40 J to a smoll D! My insurance deemed it medically necessary but I still had to pay nearly $7k out of pocket. They’ll be removing 1,000grams at least per breast. I’ve literally been fighting for this since I was a freshman in high school, I’m 43. 🙃
Thank you so much for all of this information. I'm 64 and having BR Surgery in a week and a half. I'm nervous but SO excited to have this done! I have all of the symptoms of extremely large breasts and can't wait!
So much to say on this one! *clears throat* Okay, so, I don’t like peanut butter 😅 off to a bad start, I know, but I’m gonna ask my girlfriend right now as she’s off work since she loves peanut butter and, I kid you not, she has a peanut butter sandwich every day on her break. So, I’ll ask her and let you know as a response to this very comment! Then, thank you for including a little bit of pottery stuff, I did not know that about clay and it’s nice to learn! Love the idea of matcha during book club meetings, I’m currently reading An Abundance of Katherines by John Green. And last, but not least, it’s never too early to think about Halloween. That’s our favorite holiday. We love everything Halloween and I will always love Halloween stuff even in March. There is never a wrong time for Halloween! 😁 I’m wondering, though, how do you remember which things you put in your commonplace book thingy? 😮

I got my Tuesday. I was 36 DDD. I had frequent back and neck,low back pain. Feeling tired and difficult to move around doing my activities of daily living. I hope my recovery is quickly.
I mostly have my own thoughts and plans in my common place. I don't think there is anything wrong with making your commonplace you own. i use it for crochet and knitting plans, ideas and patterns, I use it for book titles, and shop ideas, and on and on. Maybe it goes way outside commonplacing but I don't read stuff to collect other peoples thoughts, I want and need to collect my own...lol
I still don’t fully understand the commonplace book thing, but it’s cool to write down so many things like that. I like what you’re doing with the pictures. I don’t really take pictures ever. I think businesses with security cameras have more pictures of me than I do. But you just gave me an idea for my own monthly view. I have the softbound 8x10 weekly, hourly layout. I write a lot on my weekly pages but not as much on my monthly pages. I need more inspiration and ideas on how to use those pages. I don’t like blank pages. But yeah, I feel like the ultimate highlights there are the way to go and that can help me, so thank you! Also, me love stickersssss 🤭🤭
I’m the same way with coffee! I love the small but dislike the taste. It was quite interesting when I was a manager at a popular coffee place 😂 PS I love your top!
My mom hates Starbucks, but if I buy ground coffee from them and I make it at home, she says it’s the best coffee ever. Don’t know why I’m sharing, but I felt like it. 😅 In any case, both she and I love trying new brands, especially local brands or family brands, something humble. I’d love to get some of that from your store if I lived anywhere nearby.

The way i understand commonplacing is that it's a collection of wisdom and other people's ideas, quotes, poems. But that if you include your own ideas, they are based on how you interpret, agree or disagree with those other people's ideas. Almost like "To be or not to be..." ~Shakespeare (this excerpt has always struck me as defeatist and desolate. Where Hamlet is not really on team 'To be' at all/jlh)
Great video! From a planner and stationery lover and nerd from Maryland. I bought a hobonichi this January 2024, and I did get it because I had fomo, I am using it right now because I want to finish it and it is a cool planner. I do not think I will get another one for this upcoming january though. If I do I will get a smaller one and use it differently, it will not be my every day carry like the one I have right now is. It is an a5 size hobonichi cousin and I like the paper, but it is definitely different then my old every day carry which was an erin condren vertical. I like how the erin condren paper feels sturdier, but at the same time I like how the hobinichi cousin paper feels textured after writing similarly to a stalogy notebook I have used in the past.
I used to keep a notebook like this full of bedroom decorating ideas I would find in magazines. There were so many good ideas in that book, wish I still had it lol. Thanks so much for sharing this!
Don't confuse a "planning style" with a "planner". I've been watching you for years, I'm pretty sure you would dislike the Hobo paper greatly! I love that your planning style is NOT a copycat of others. ♥🔥 I LOVE the glaze swatches...so YOU!!!
Ok this comment is LIIIFEE. I think an A6 Hobo fell in my life after a planner conference or another and I was like what the hell is this. You nailed the difference.
I keep watching your videos because I love how you use your Erin Condren daily pages. However, that does not work me because there's too much space. I also out photos in the daily pages of my Hobonichi then draw an arrow & write a short description of what happened in that photo (like how our parents wrote the date, name/place in the photo album). For me the photos take away my anxiety to fill the pages with words.
I am sooooo happy I had mine reduced last year. Went from a 38DD down to 36D. Actually would have liked more removed! I'm too short for big boobs. Only regret is wish i didn't wait so long (I was 62 at the time).
I don't know about you! But I'm feeling 32! Happy Birthday Kayla! It looked like you had a great time celebrating! I had my birthday at the start of the month and also ate a lot! 4 nights in a row of different Asian dishes (KBBQ, Chinese cuisine, Pho, & ramen). LOL looks like Oni fell asleep while writing a list for handover! 😊
Blank pages also don’t always have to be filled (referring to your question on the notes pages in your planner). If it’s not helpful soace, you don’t have to write something down for the sake of writing. Having said that, some ideas: - the gratitude journal was a great idea - possibly a quick summary on how the week went, or notes on how you want to use/improve your planner/planning next week I’m out of ideas. But great video!
I used to get the 18 month academic year with the larger coil and would rip out the weekly pages for the last 6 months so it was only monthly pages for the end of the year (so I could future plan things going on for the rest of the year but could still move into a new planner in July). If you’re using a daily, that’d be pretty wasteful though 😬
