Man this guy blows me away. What is funny is that in his early life and career, Bill is a soft spoken, overly calm guy and at the end of his life, he was this fire cracker personality. Funny contrast!

I met Bill at CalExpo at a Dead show and I asked him if he wanted a hit of acid. He said he had already dosed but his buddy needed some😆🤗. We parted ways and from that point on, whenever in passing, Bill always acknowledged me. He was that kind of kind person. If Bill was at a show, nobody could miss him.
