I rolled my ankle at the climbing centre two weeks ago, i fell badly while bouldering 😖. Just 3 days ago i started to walk slowly without crutches and struggling still. I’m keep doing my stretching, keep moving .hopefully I’ll be able to walk properly.. Thanks for the great video 👏🏽
Instant pain lol. I'm tense. Upper right abdominal tear. So I haven't been moving much but this is good I'm going to save this for when I can move better My new goal is to strengthen everything from the tiniest stabilizers and the biggest groups and keep it even
I only have pain below the knee, on the patella tendon. I fractured my patella 20 years ago, I’m 57 now. Was a fairly fast runner, sub 3 hr marathon, and an ok cyclist. Though it hasn’t stopped me from being somewhat competitive in running and cycling events, have ran 100 miles and biked 150, it is sore after hard/long efforts. Is this jumpers knee, and is this still the best exercise for it? Ty 🙏
I really don't how severe I pulled my hamstring. I was doing some sprints on the basketball court at the end of my workout. It really doesn't hurt a lot, just really tight. Would that be a mild strain or something worse?
You just convinced me to not replace my split squats with leg press. Those machines scare me. Now idc if I'll get high fatigue from the bulgarian split squats. Atleast it'll help me in the long run
Oh Wow THE FIRST "EXERCISE" is exactly what I needed! I can get NICE RELIEF from the pain from this ALONE, hoping this FULL ROUTINE, will get me up and running again!
Wow, just tried this for the first time and felt instant relief. When I usually have this pain it limits certain weight lifting exercises I normally do. I'm looking forward to incorporating these before my weights session or possibly daily stretching routine. Thank you!
I'm watching in 2024 June. Felling this pain for over 10 months. Don't knew hot to stretch that area. I got it recommend and I feel blessed dude. It really helped.
The outer side of my left knee pops everytime I squat. It’s not necessarily painful, but something keeps “shifting” everytime I squat and I can feel it. This can’t be normal, what is it? I also get arthritis like pain in that knee.
Ugh I'm so confused. My therapist tells me I have a weak glute med on my left and prescribed me these. The problem isn't with the exercise itself, but with the leg that I'm standing on. I feel much better when I do these on my "good" leg, and worse when I do them on the "bad" leg.. explain that. lol. I've have three therapists tell me I had an issue with my right glute, even though it feels stronger, and yet this therapist is saying the complete opposite. He's also one who told me that the glute max has no attachment to the IT band... I'm not even professional in this field and I know that it has a significant attachment... literally can't trust some therapists. I'm so frustrated.
Thanks for the tips! My issue isn't a lot of stairs, it seems to just be the first step up. Almost dropped the other day feeling a sharp pain at the top of my knee on the step up my porch.
1:38 I’m a 64 year old surfer/snowboarder/skater who got soft driving Lyft 16hrs a day before the pandemic. After three years working outside, switched back to the corporate world sitting again. I’ve found that we all need to keep active, so we don’t lose our strength or flexibility. Eating right, regular exercise and getting enough sleep all add it as you age. It’s an awesome thing that our Creator gave us muscle memory, so our bodies can get back on point again when we use them. Hip flexors, filial tibial band and glutes are all impacted by constant sitting. Take regular breaks away from the desk to activate these muscle groups. I’m in the same boat as most of us here needing to regain our health, so we can live full, healthy and happy lives. Don’t give up on yourself! You got this! Peace, Coach Splash
