What if I kept doing this for 6 weeks and no advancements what so ever and all doctors have no clue from physiotherapists to sports doctors... they say the same shit which I already fixed, bad posture already fixed it after 3 months of intensive corrective exercises, I got my self a medical insoles after doing a check up at a feet specialist doctor It helped a lot but still I feel the pain profoundly. I still can train but an rpe of 7 maximum. I've lost hope of getting back to normal and pain free and don't know what to do afterwards. If someone can help out guys you'll save a desperate soul

I have spent over £2000 trying to fix my pain it’s in the same area but only when I look down to the left. It’s like a massive pull on my right scapula and behind but only when I look down to the left and also feel it in my arm. I thought it maybe a trapped nerve.

Are the symptoms the same thing im feeling? Under shoulder blade pain Or pain travelling from upper right chest to back in a straight line ? Sharp pain when bending over.. because im trying these exercices but pain comes back. And it doesnt relieve pain as much.. im just curious. Maybe i need to do more sets each day

try being consistent with the exercises for a few weeks! Mobility exercises can be done daily, while the strengthening exercises can be done ~3x/week with about 2 days rest in between

is there anything that shows this area is related to elbow pain? I'm convinced my elbow pain originates from here...

I've recently been noticing elbow pain and forearm tightness, I also have had Rhomboid pain for the last year
