Why not add a small dose of this vaccine to our existing flu vaccines? How much would this cost? What would the risks be? And would it be effective? Like how about 1/10th the normal dose so everyone who’s currently getting vaccinated starts developing antibodies.

He only knows the number of detected infections, which is likely only symptomatic infection. With COVID, only 50% were symptomatic, and only 20% required hospitalization. With Polio only 10% are symptomatic enough to identify it as a Polio infection.
