Grief is as hard as it seems. You don't have to walk the path alone.
Life after loss can feel messy, disjointed, and confusing. The reality of picking up the scattered pieces around you to move forward into the unknown can feel isolating and daunting, but it doesn't have to be. You deserve to be supported on your journey.
This space was created for you -- my fellow griever, grief supporter, and kind humans who care.

❤ this is absolutely amazing!! I love the authenticity and it helps! Grief is so crazy and letting people know that it’s more than the “five stages” and they’re not alone is great. Thank you.
Nina, thank you for your light, your compassion, and your heart-centered work. I feel blessed to have shared this time with you and I know that each of your episodes is helping others navigate their grief and shining a light on the hope and promise that exists for healing.
Thank you for this. 💙 It’s so true about the anticipatory grief. I imagine not everyone experiences it but, oddly, those days leading up to the commemoration of the unthinkable loss are heavier than the actual day.
Reading this book now. Been hard for me, since I lost my older brother too. I’ve been tempted to put it down, but there’s also a sense of comfort as each page resonates. It’s a bittersweet read for me, for sure.
I hear you. Seeing the similarities can feel confronting, and triggering. I had to take breaks to process what kept arising. Such painful reality to lose a sibling, and everything that happened before, during, and after. Bittersweet indeed.
@@griefandlight I appreciate your phrasing, "take breaks to process what [keeps] arising" and will hold that thought in mind as I read Annie's book. Thanks for interviewing her and thanks for your Grief and Light Podcasts.
