So- I’m not the only one who was only slightly traumatized when Bear went to find Shadow to tell him a story, only for the white void of nothing to evelope the screen, and then it ends only for the bear to say something completely unrelated. “Wow! That was great!” No way dude! You’ve got a dead woman hiding in your walls telling you stories every day. It’s time to call the ghostbusters and deal with that demon!
I had recurring nightmares about Kevin from 321 Penguins. And also the opening scene of Veggietales "Very Silly Songs". As a kid I always said it was the eyes.
Funniest thing here is that’s if BOTH got their way and achieved their dreams the female lead would end up probably willing to sleep with the guy for a role in one of his movies 😂
L O L. Dude your sister wasn’t the only one terrified of the intro to VeggieTales. I was a little too for a short time. Especially that episode, the end of silliness where the cucumber gets his songs, taken away, depressed, gets it back then, during a happy song, singing a song, a bear comes in the mall him to death that scared the living crap out of me even worse than Sid from toy story 9:02
This movie is cute until you remember that the two leads were in a long term relationship in which he was very abusive to her, to the point of a restraining order.
Bear in the big blue house used to scare me just because of the costume. All the coincidences for you is hilarious though. For me, the stone jaguar from road to el Dorado and the lizard from ferngully scared me alot as a kid.
Bro when I was younger I was scared shitless of Bear in the Big Blue House. I actually like it more now I’m older bc I can appreciate the calming atmosphere, background knowledge, puppetry skills and definitely the humour. But when I was a child, all I saw was a seven foot tall massive bear with a long snapping-turtle neck and beady soulless eyes and a giant demonic hyper-realistic moon that could easily destroy you. … I like it now tho.
When I was like 8 my mom when I was sick played the outsiders and I was so fucking scared of the scene when the docs try to frown pony boy in the fountain
What's interesting about the channels that teach you how to "make ai videos for money" is that its really difficult to get anything AI related monetized on RU-vid 😂. Even if they met the monetization requirements, RU-vid wouldn't pass them through. If the end goal in these channels is making money then they will be very disappointed.
The only TV show on Playhouse Disney (now called Disney Junior) I disliked growing up and still dislike as of today is PB&J Otter. I remembered watching this show when I was 4-5 years old, and I began hating on it. I kept skipping it every time it came on Playhouse Disney, and crazy thing you should know, this show caused me to stop watching Playhouse Disney completely. For 5 reasons (Please note that everything I’m saying about PB&J Otter is just my opinion, and it’s not meant to hurt your or anyone’s feelings.) 1. PB&J Otter is like Rugrats and LazyTown without any inspiration in my opinion. 2. The animation and character designs are unappealing for me to look at. 3. The stories of each episode are uninspiring. None of them inspired me when watching it. Rugrats and LazyTown have way more inspiring stories. 4. The characters in the show aren’t enjoyable/memorable to me as the characters from Rugrats and LazyTown. Heck, I didn’t even like the duck character nor the poodle twin characters. 5. Lastly, the theme song (although I do admit is catchy) just sounds annoying when I first listen to it. Let me demonstrate a little: “PB&J!” “Yay!” “Ooo-ooo-oodelay. Oodelay (3x).” “Doo-doo-oodelay-o (3x)” “Oodelay-o” I can’t remember much of the lyrics. Carter Noble, do you remember PB&J Otter? This show can be forgotten about as it seems not much of everyone on RU-vid is talking about it. Remember everything I said about PB&J Otter is just my opinion. Also, if you could (it’s just a suggestion), maybe you could talk about the show in a future video (if you had not yet), no matter what kind of video you can make to review PB&J Otter.
I love the illustration of Miss Spider in the books but holy hell, the 3D renderings were HILARIOUSY and SCARY at the same time. Id didn't help that Spiderus (the white spider) was voiced by the late, great Tony Jay. You know! FROLLO and every other deep voiced, slithering villain voice from the 80s to the early 2000s! IIRC, this was sadly one of his last roles before his death but man, did they pick the right guy and the thing is....Spiderus wasn't even that bad of a guy. Yeah, he filled in the role of 'tricky bad guy' in the books and in the show but he was so childish and generally a pushover, meaning it felt like a lot of times he only did what he did for attention and in the end, no one hated him. I mean, he's a FATHER too!
Noggin was a joint venture of Viacom and Sesame Workshop, then Viacom acquired Sesame Workshop's share in 2003. In 2009, the channel was rebranded as Nick Jr.
I once watched a show called mustard pancakes, it had mostly puppet characters and one female human host, but there was always this one section involving a certain puppet. A little green monster (I forgot his name) and he would always usually be feeling bad over something. So the host would pull out his heart to see what's making him feel so bad and she would pull out stuff from it like Dum Dum suckers or something. Then she'd give a small speech about whatever, then replace the bad thing with a good thing (in this case smarties) before putting his heart back.
I love that bear, what a cutie! He was always super calm with everyone, was, if anything, disappointed at times, when something didn't really go as he wanted, but nothing else. I wish I had a way of hugging that good lad. No idea how one can be scared of him, but to be fair, I hate sand, which is super silly, so I guess that's just how it is.
I never thought Id see someone scared of the equivalent of Mr. Rogers lmao Srsly though, we really had no boundaries in the 90s o.o To me, this is cute, to new generation, this is weird wtf ew.
I wasn't afraid of Bear, but I distinctly remember a sheet monster jamming in the dark, in one episode, about common fears. Yeah that stupid sheet monster scarred me for a long time. Super afraid of the dark.
