For me, this ending is better and makes more sense. It’s more realistic. Even though she is younger, Knives and Scott have way more chemistry, and have more in common with each other.
I wish’s Scott woulda added a “after all we’ve been through let’s have fun now” before his arcade proposal. Makes you feel like this wasn’t a huge detour but like everyone learned from these events

Still better ending for me. Didn't like Ramona much even though she's unique and sweet. And the last boss fight when Scott beats the guy with not "power of love" but with "power of self-respect" suits this ending better. But i can understand the original ending. Because they didn't gave more screen time or relationship to Knives&Scott. And i like Knives because her look and face is almost copies my gf
bizarre ending, he treated knives like sh!t and she happilly goes w/him... film ending is better tho i really really enjoy the song and choreography on the arcade
i kinda like this ending, its much more emotional and more realistic in a sense? but im glad in the og that knives got her well needed character development, both endings are neat to me
Hello from 2024! I really like this ending more. It's more honest and soulful, less emotion-driven. The folks are really sorting things out and being nice to each other. Feelings are much better than emotions, as for me. Too sad that the original story isn't the one that would lead to this ending and make sense. It should be something completely different to end up like this. Someone plz re-write the whole story of Scott so he ends up with Knives before I do this myself lmao
I like the ending we got because Scott doesn't end up with the person who's life he just ruined, even if the build up that the movie had just went to waste
Realistic and excellent. Although for it to really work well there would need to be a few more hints down the line that Scott was better suited to Knives, or even still held feelings for her, this ending kinda makes Scott seem fickle, just getting back with Knives as a lazy move rather than as an impassioned decision. Anyway I still buy it because the scenes with them at the arcade really show how great a team they are, whereas Ramona is kind of a spanner in the works for Scott and they never seem to have that ‘click’ moment. It always seemed to me like a surface level infatuation. Some people bang on about Knives being creepy, but she’s just young and dumb. So is Scott at heart. It works.
I prefer knives ending Scott never had a relationship that didnt begin with a epic battled and plus with the baggage romona and he has they would end up breaking up and with scott being as powerful as he is her would be the evilest of exes
in my opinion this ending is better it shows that Ramona truly does care about scott and shows that not being with her is better for him she's is realizing she hurts everyone she loves the only downside is knives deserves better and scott technically groomed her
I feel for knives, but Scott doesn’t deserve her. She should have stayed with Neil because they complement each other perfectly. I get it was just to get in Scott’s head but still. Ramona and Scott just works.
