transition bikes are really dialed and the oweners totally commited!! do you find it playfull? what is your height? i have the 2023 medium spire and i want to "downgrade" lets say, to the sentinel cause the spire is more dh oriented speced and geometry so that means that it shines in very gnarly stuff and it is also extremely stable.but i can only find sentinel in large size. i am 179cm so as always beetween sizes
Hello, sorry for the delayed reply. I find it very playful and I would say I’m more of a playful rider👍🏼 for hight I’m 5’10”. My friend has a spire and I’ve ridden it a bit. I would agree it’s more DH oriented and not as playful as the Sentinel. I’ve done some pretty big jumps and drops and still have never felt underbiked… I have bottom out my fork on a few occasions however that was on big harsh drops.
Hey, I never made a follow up video as far as a long term review. Sorry about that. I later broke the VTX antenna off in a crash… everything else with the whoop is still in good shape, I just need to swap out the VTX. I would recommend one of the newer builds I’ve made videos on if you wanting to do a build😊 these whoops are constantly updating so even a year later a lot of things change.
Isn't this motor -prop combination an old school 1s set up? My Meteor75 pro has 1102 22000, and that's with a 1s 550mah. I just worry about the motors. Greatbvideo btw!
Thanks, Dylan! I understand some might wonder why the price is set at $159. The answer is simple: we’ve packed everything premium into this flight controller. It includes a G4 MCU and the high-end MPU6000 gyro, which no one else is using on whoops due to its current cost. We’ve also added DoubleN MOSFETs, which are rarely found in low-cost AIO whoop boards, and a TCXO oscillator ELRS receiver-another feature unique to us. On top of that, our Smart Temperature Control VTX can reach up to 400mW without overheating, a capability that required extensive R&D investment. This is truly a high-end product designed for serious performance.
@@wynnfpv make them more eye catching, better colors, and don’t just use an image from ur drone or video, take picture of ur house(u could even make it look messy for this video) then put an image of ur drone on top só people know it’s a drone video at a glance, u can even post the results on the RU-vid subreddit and ask for advice
Is this fire from overcharging it or charging it the wrong way? I just got into the RC world. I usually put mine on storage mode when I don't use it for a week or so.
I was drunk AF one time and I stomped off a big fire...I still have no idea how I did that and I was totally unhurt...Alcohol does gives you superpowers
For people bragging why didn’t he use a fire extinguisher doesn’t know how a battery works. It stores energy taking oxygen away doesn’t stop the reaction
I hear “NAIL POLISH” strengthens the frames. MAYBE if your innovative and neat. You can make a silicone bumpers. Ads food coloring for color? Make a pre old if you can..
Are the gimbals full size on this one? The radio I´m most comfortable with is still my old Taranis X9D+SE, but that thing is just to big to carry around, so my daily driver has been the Tango 2 since it was released. The problem with that one is the lack of ESLR and expansion port (and I really don´t like the idea of having to drill a hole into my expensive radio to be able to install something that should have been there from the beginning), so maybe it´s time for a Zorro, but I´m still having nightmares from the tiny gimbals on the Taranis X-Lite, so I don´t want to end up in that situation again!
This one feels very similar to my tango 2 for gimbals. Now I did stick on the gimbal ends off of my Narvana controller so they are a bit longer than the ones which are the stock Zorro gimbals. I do really like the feel of the Zorro. It feels much better in the hands meaning the form factor is much better than the tango 2. Hope this helps.
