You can make it and I believe it what im saying alot<3 I believe in you, you can make it through this you should find something to distract yourself from sh like what i do alot is get a pen or whatever you can draw on ur skin with and like just make lines, stars, hearts etc and it could help i know everyone is not the same. im so sorry you feel this way </3 i’ve went through this, and i understand. Im proud of you for finding out who you are ♡ but, self h*rm isnt the way to cope with this - please stay clean for as long as you can!!<3 here are some stuff that helped me stop;; drawing, talking to trusted friends and explaining how you feel (with asking of course :3), listening to music and drowning out your thoughts, it helps. Rubbing parts of your arm, even if it sounds a little weird it helped, Aswell as taking inhalers and finding comfort in your pet! (cats, dogs, bunnies, hampsters etc) I find cuddling with them helping me soothe the feeling of wanting to SH! I hope you will soon heal and everything will be alright, remember theres always a light at the end, even if it looks like its not there, its just far away, but your strong! you can do this <3 Finding yourself and who you are is important, aswell and taking care of yourself. sorry if this didn’t help much !! but i do hope you felt atleast slightly better ^^ take care huhu
Well sometimes its the gacha mods that have more details so they might use one or they spend 1billion years adjuating accessories,eyes,mouth everything and adding random stuff from any other section for detail😭
