Hey I think I'll try that once I buy the barbecue pit and the hot dogs and bacon and all the ingredients stuff I'll give that a good shot thank you for the great recipe looks delicious thank you
So you choose banana peppers over jalapeños eh? I do like the mild flavour of banana peppers. I bet you that would be unreal and when you say chilli sauce, do you mean the sauce you add to chilli or chilli itself as a sauce? Either way I think this is a good idea.👍
Been there & was beautiful in early October/ fall 🍁🍂 allergic to shellfish but came prepared * Benadryl my side kick 😊 ,love loved lobster 🦞 gahlee & potatoes off the charts, clam chowder ❤ delicious 😋
Cape Breton that time of year is absolutely beautiful. The Cabot trail has an incredible view that time of year. Glad you brought the Benadryl with you isn’t lobster the best.
Dude could barely hear u, gotta deep voice. Lookin good, just purchased my first pellet grill. 224 for 4 1/2 hous. Spritzing with cherry coke every 45 minutes
I gotta up my mic game! The deep voice works great on my wife, but not as well on my RU-vid videos! 🤣🤣 I’m excited about you saying you spritzed with cherry coke, that’s such a good idea! Can’t wait to try it myself! Happy bbqing bud!
Thanks again for the like, comment and subscribe. I always appreciate it when you research my vids big boi. Btw Rowdy Rod fucking sucked compared to Jake the Snake. So I’ll assume you don’t know a thing. Drive safe!
Sriracha is amazing bro, but you always gotta make sure you sanitize your bottles! Keep doing those tailwhip varials on the motoX track bro 😎 drive em deeeeep!!!
I have no issue picking up another! This bad boy feed about 15 people! I’ll 100% do another and show you how I did it. In this case I used post oak and smoked it for 13 hours and then warm rested for 8 hours. Can’t wait to do it again!
I honestly don’t mind BBQing in the rain! Nothing an umbrella can’t handle! Thanks again dude. The steak was fantastic! Hope you are getting some good bbqing in!
I love to hear it! Hope you have a great cook out with friends and family! I did this on my offset, I’ve been thinking about a pellet grill, that way I could run it over night! Thanks for the view!
Yea I totally do, so when I cook it it’s at a low temp around 275, which doesn’t off gas metal like you are thinking it would. But you are right. It’s always good to be mindful of the dangers when cooking! I appreciate the view and comment!
@@NorthBBQRoss no problem I know you used tin foil on this have you ever did one in butchers paper I have seen a few people use it I just was curious if you have was the result better , same as tin foil ,or not a great way ?
All the time! Personally I find the bark builds a lot better when I do the tinfoil boat, but you’re totally right and I use butcher paper all the time and it’s definitely the healthier more food friendly option right. At the end of the day as long as it’s some nice meat that I can make fall off the bone that’s what I care about…. I sound like my wife.
@@NorthBBQRoss when it comes to brisket I agree cooking it for 12 to 18 hrs can be tedious to get not only juicy brisket also a nice bark on the outside I seen one guy who didn't trim any of the fat or anything and cooked it low and slow for 24 hours . Me I'm far from a expert when it comes to brisket I want to try with the beef tallow on my next one
@@michaelcribb7205 I hope it turns out perfect, shoot me an update if you do try it! I always recommend people try it. I mean you are already trimming down some of that beef fat already, you can make your own tallow. Another cool trick is you can actually throw small pieces of the fat onto the fire in your firebox, and it can help give your brisket kind of like a char, broiled. Taste, some people like that. Happy cooking my dude!
