This is my recipe for my secret barbeque snack. I love to pull out every summer. It’s amazing how much flavour jalapeños hat, and when you wrap them in bacon and Filling they become even more incredible. This recipe I’m actually using today is lactose free as well. Both the cheese and cream cheese are lactose free. I do this for my wife.
The recipe is very straightforward stuff jalapeño with cream cheese, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and cheese, then wrapped in bacon. Then smoke it on your offset smoker for about two hours, or until the bacon is to your liking.
