I have an iPhone 15 should I trade it for the pixel 8 pro? It’s $1,000 and it’s in promotion for $549 and if I trade my iPhone they give me $515 for my iPhone should I do it??? Or should I go for the Samsung s23 ultra? Or with the iPhone 15 pro??? The promotion is in spectrum mobile.
Hi Pete! Love your channel and videos. To the point, smart, funny. You doing a great job! May I ask for your advice? So at the end, is it worth to buy this 57-inch (connecting to Mac and Ps5) or 49 would work just as well? Gaming - not so much (and most likely I'll get laser projector soon anyway). Productivity - excel, charts. I was really happy with G9 Neo (49*). Sold it a while ago. Going to move soon and need a new monitor.
Thanks Pete, I've just got a recon phone at a fraction of the RRP and am really impressed, loving the small form factor, especially for putting in my running belt and have already implements some of your suggestions. BW Mark
I upgraded from a oneplus 6 to an s24 plus and I was disappointed with the software because oneplus did it better even tho that phone came out in 2018... With oneplus I could adjust my phones speaker volume and my bluetooth volume separately and I could switch my audio output without turning bluetooth off (as in switch between using wireless earbuds and my phones speakers). Also there isn't a dedicated option for hotspot and data saver?
Wow… new subie here, but i got emotional and very nostalgic with this heartwarming and lovely video. Thanks for sharing your apple story and i am glad i came across your channel and community
Thank you so much for the sleep mode part. For my specific use case, that’s one of the biggest deal breakers. I really was about to start getting excited for this thing and I’d say you just saved me a lot of money on this one.
This video was very useful and has definitely helped me choose what iPad to get, but the background music was very distracting. I felt like I could hardly focus on what you were saying
I’m a bit confused with how to set the max luminance in game. In peak high it’s supposed to above 1000 nits, but windows always says that it’s at 600. What’s also odd is that in windows hdr calibrator I can never set it above 600. Any thoughts?
Me, watching this after using IOS for 6 years and switched to android two weeks ago - I am happy till now despite all my family is on IOS. When Apple gives me Android freedom - I will switch back. I am using OneNote for work and on IOS it has some less functionality that it is almost unusable - why is that?
I cant tell you how many times ive had to tell people when meeting me somewhere to not use apple maps because it will either take them to the wrong place or take an extremely inefficient rout to get there.
I have one as well since 3 months. - It's the only samsung ultrawide without scanlines that i've seen. Love it. - No OLED means (next to) no screen burn. Love it. - By far better than all 49 options! - With an RTX4090 on windows I also sometimes have the issue where it won't turn on again unless I unplug it. Or so it did. I'm using an UPS and have not seen since the issue. Maybe it's related. No idea.
I like that on iOS other people set up their own caller backgrounds and then they automatically get shared with me so I don’t have to make one for each caller and I can see what they created. It’s their personality.
Samsung support is awful. Phoned up to reg my S24 Ultra and Galaxy Watch. Do it on Apple, you will get a response instantly telling you of queue and get a call back time, that is awesome. On Samsung on telephone for hours waiting a response. No offers of call back, you pay. Happened on a few, I remember my first Samsung, Galaxy S6 Edge. Looked awesome and so futuristic, but the massive curves were a nightmare. Call Samsung for help with issue a few times before giving up & returning..
The phone is a great phone, I got it and was chuffed. But along with it I got Galaxy Watch 6 Classic. Not hating on company, phone was great, but swapped back to iPhone to have my Apple Watch Ultra back.
Hi! You mention that the 49 inch g9 has USB-C connectivity for macbooks, but in your review video of it a couple of months ago you say it doesnt. Could you please clarify which one of the two it is :)?
Haha! I was confused too - it seems there is a newer model that has USB-C, but it also didn't have the Tizen interface - I need to look into it more but I believe there are currently 2 versions that you can buy. The one I reviewed, and one that we bought in recently for another video which had the extra USB-C connection.
