I love coffee. So much so that i have decided to do this all my life! Yeah for a living. I got my Creds backing my decision- Qualified Coffee Q-Grader (Melbourne , Australia) Won Indias 1st Aeropress Championship Spoke & brewed at TedX SCA Taster , Brewer and Roaster. I run an exciting place called Corridor Seven Coffee Roasters which is a translation of my passion for coffee. This channel is all about my exposure and experience in coffee. It could get little too nerdy at times but you shall get along with it. I try to find out basic analogy rather day to day analogy to make you understand what "complexity" in coffee is.
13:03... No bro, get heavy !! haha.. The crash and flick is the hardest thing to get rid of in my profiles. Hope you do an intermediate video covering this in the future! 🙏
Cappuccino and latte both got single short.. its just the difference is milky foam on top. Cappuccino 75%milk 25%foam. And latter 80%milk and 20% foam.
What a story, wow…..! I just tweaked my brewing with your insightful suggestions, and the result was a deliciously sweet cup of coffee. One gramme of coffee absorbs two grammes of water, so 'simply do your maths on top of it!' was the most intriguing piece of advice. From Sri Lanka, with much love, thank you for all the knowledge ❤😊❤
I'm currently studying how to roast and good thing I encountered your channel and it helps me a lot. Will watch more of your videos. Maybe someday I can become a Q grader as well. Thank you so much for uploading a very informational videos.
I watch the video of the title “ Grind size in coffee - How it affects the taste” But you only talking about, how to manipulate the brewing time…… I was more looking for - “ how it affects the taste” When grinding fine, what do we expect from it? When grinding coarser, what do we expect from it? ( taste, acidity, aroma, body, texture, flavor, sweetness, strength, volume, balance, range,)
