I love the fact that more and more people are using precise terminologies like anoxic and anaerobic when referring to processing methods. It's also super interesting to know that we find it hard to define Indian coffees since they aren't just earthy or nutty. I also feel that there's a need to also give more attention to the varieties of the coffees since varieties have their own advantages and limitations! Thanks again for this wonderful discussion.
