My honda stream automatic drive gear also blinking.. i scan it and same code in your car problem 2nd clutch pressure swithch.,just want to ask if no need to rebuild transmission. Just replace the pressure switch
What does it mean if all tests are positive? Good ohms, circuit not shorted, and getting voltage from the TCM to the solenoid. Why else might it be stuck in fail safe mode?
I changed out mine but still buzzing. It starts everytime if i turn the key quickly. Otherwise it makes this weird buzzing faulty connection noise. Gonna try ignition relay next i guess?..
how do we know if its bad or close? mine has no issues but 230k mi. my adjuster screw s going into the nut, i assume its close. can you see the bands friction side or?
But what if it's a 1995 GC? Sounds like somone under the back knocking randomly with a hammer, accompanied by random low grade rumbling. I changed the shocks because that was the fix for a 96 Cherokee Sport years ago. I checked for anything loose - no love. I have not opened the rear dif. I'm afraid to. Anyone? NOTE: This Jeep is not junk. It's a cream puff, and worth doing all the stuff it needs.
"use your engine oil dipstick to check your transmission fluid" And saying that you mean that they're interchangeable, and that you can use it to check this transmission, specifically , AND also from the top dipstick? Because you can also check The fluid level from the bottom drain plug as well.Where did you come to find out this information

Hello, I'm having a terrible shifting problem and I'm getting the code p1739 I replaced the 3rd gear sensor switch and I'm still getting the same code and the same shifting problem... Any advice would be appreciated, thank you
Thank you for the video. Was having issues with the AC blowing cold in my 14’ Silverado. The system was holding pressure and the compressor was engaging, but still no cold air. After watching this video I checked the back of the compressor and found where the wire plugs into the solenoid valve was cracked in half. Is there a way to replace just the solenoid valve? If so what’s the part number?
I thought my transmission was slipping due to torque converter failure. I used a HPTuner to fully lock the TC in 1-4 to buy some time. Transmission runs very cool, it is hard as hell to get it to 170 to check the fluid. I started to get a bad misfire. I hooked up my bidirectional scan took. Codes said p0300 for miscellaneous misfire. I brought up live data and all misfires were cylinder 3. I swapped the coils and plugs and the misfire stayed on 3. Swapped wires and the misfire moved. I jumped on the motorcycle and flew to Autozone to get some Delco wires. I can’t even remember the last time the truck felt that smooth. That got me thinking about the slight TC shutter I felt. After all the live date and temps didn’t reflect TC shudder or slips. I flashed it back to stock with the exception of disabling Displacement on demand and flex fuel because I had lots of problems with the alcohol ratio in the fuel getting scewed and causing the truck to run rich. Do you think if I had a slight misfire, that could throw off the fuel composition? My GMC has the virtual sensor.
I know this is an old video but you didn't really explain the btsi adjustment. Is there a hole already there that you place the drill bit into to hold it or do you adjust it to where it lines up with the shifter mount like the cable adjustment and the bit is just holding it in place? I may have misunderstood but just wondering how to do the adjustment on the btsi. Thank you and I know this video is a few years old and probably won't get a response but great video other then that
Thank you so much.Fixed all my problems,hard shift,lean code,then no crank no start.Wires looked fine but green once I stripped them back.Cleaned everything.Installed the offset terminal lug. Runs better than it ever has.Your Awesome
I know this video is kind of old but I have a GM that's making that same exact sound and it will go in gear and drive as long as it's making that sound but when it quits making that sound you ain't going nowhere in any gear you can shut it down start it back up and it will repeat the process all over again would that also be the converter or could it be a pump?

Beautiful. Considering you now have a brand new LS430, the cost isn't that bad. Roughly $70-75k for a new Lexus? Not too bad, because it isn't possible to purchase a new LS430.
My 2002 Odyssey has a clunking sound in the transmission shifting 2 and 3. I just bought it few weeks ago and I noticed that it ran fine when it was cool. I think the seller lied to me.
