Mine started being cold on passenger and hot on drivers and then hot on both. Gonna try this. Don’t got that fancy tool so not sure what the calibration you mention is
Appreciate the video spent 30mins wasting my time looking through TRQ videos and somehow ran across yours. No one wanted to show the passenger side removal 😂
Slight clash of statements here.. you say if the filter clogs up your engine will not get enough air , ergo, it wont get enough 'fuel' (air and fuel mixture) so it compensates for this by adding more fuel (actual petrol) , you then go on to say when the engine doesn't get enough air it cant 'add more fuel' and the performance suffers. Sort of a contradiction in terms. I know how it all works by the way, but people looking on here for advice are getting conflicting statements of what happens. Its easy : a blocked air cleaner stifles the engine of air , robbing both performance and good fuel economy.
Thanks for making this video. As a teen I worked on cars but I haven't changed plugs in years. I stopped when engines got complicated. Checking around about my 2003 F150, local mechanics wanted $300 to $500 to change out the plugs and wires. Seemed over the top. Your recommendation for the "Gearwrench Plug Socket" was the game changer for me. Worked like a charm and I had it all done in about 15-20 minutes. Thanks again.
Yesterday I bought an 04 f150. The drivers door is all busted up but the rest of the interior is fine. I talked them down considerably knowing this is a pretty easy fix. Thanks for the simple demo.
I’ve had a fob I purchased from Amazon well over 6 months ago. I couldn’t find anyone to cut it within a reasonable price. I came across this video, followed the process step by step, and I now have a working fob! My previous fob had been washed with a load of laundry and no longer worked. I appreciate you!
Really appreciate your video. Hardest part for me was the manifold bolts, bottom alternator bolt, and bracket removal attached to the manifold. I didn’t even know there was a bolt behind the hose on the manifold till I rewinded your video. Million thanks
I’ve done plenty of valve covers gaskets on many vehicles and this is my first time doing it on a trailblazer. This is one of the toughest ones I’ve done. Getting every gasket replaced while I am in there
Some videos would show guys cutting those pipes inside to get the heater core out and using hose and clamps to patch it hopefully it's the same set up in my 2014 grand Caravan i trust this way much more.
Remember the days when you didn’t have to take your wheels off to do simple maintenance like replacing spark plugs. We are deteriorating as a society, not getting better. Do better engineers.
