Why you only show Ramon and Urs? Cbum was the one to start using it as an advantage with the others. And what's the problem with showing the biggest muscle in human body?
Good analysis M’Qwik… not really a fan of Cbum or any of the classic pros. Arash who came in 2nd that year (2016) behind Hester was my favorite competitor just because of the way he trained and carried himself…Since he left I could really care less. More of a golden era., 80s-90s bodybuilding fan anyways. Too many cookie cutters are into classic and it’s “cool”. Good analysis man. 👍
@@qwikpump genetics for sure but you’re also getting freaky lol. I know when I got up to 260lbs I thought I had it because I was waking up frequently and in a panic once I got down to below 250 everything cleared up. I sleep like a baby at 243ish. I know alot of its genetics though. My neighbor has boogie whip arms and never trained a day in his life but has a bad case of it.
Hey man something happened to your comment on my H2 video…it’s not viewable. What were you saying about copyright? I realize that Universal owns the copyright to the film but I use no footage from their film. I created everything in Unreal Engine and I recorded the music myself. Only thing I used was a couple of sound effects for jump scares.
@@reneyjunior8191 they are cross trainer shoes they can be used for crossfit theoretically. I haven't had any experience with that. I would look for reviews elsewhere. They are very affordable.
In my honest opinion it looks like your body is responding well to the higher intensity, lower volume training. I know that style has worked well for me, 4 days max in the gym. No more then 2 work sets per movement , all out to failure. Whatever you’re doing though keep it up because it’s working man 💯💪🔥🏆
Hell yea , let’s get it 💪💪 Btw that’s a bad ass wrist roller , I need to invest in one. To mimic that movement, at the gym I’ll load up a barbell on a bench press station and load it up with 3-5 plates per side sit on the bench facing the bar and twist away. The burning sensation you get in your forearms is absolutely sickening.
Were you ever a personal trainer by any chance Qwik? You got a wealth of knowledge and know what you’re talking about. I could see you as a Milos type trainer in the gym for competitive bodybuilders and the average joe looking to get in shape. Good stuff man 👍💯
Thanks Thatguy6. I used to be in the medical field. I'd like to get myself in better shape before I'd consider training others. However, my oldest son listens to my advices and is progressing very well.
