Even though I'm as quick as this , there are times when I've sparred with good boxers and my Gwa Sou would pick / block 2 incoming jabs and have to then Gwa Charp to deal with the 3rd coz these guys are also quick.

Hi appreciate your comments - any concern about shoulder or hip injury for the big swinging strikes? How about bag choice - a hanging heavy bag instead of the standing one here?
0:33 in this combo, how do you land the punch with your right hand exactly? (which surface of the hand/fist?) Looks like it could hurt the elbow or the THUMB if done incorrectly.

Back fist - Palm strike - Hook - Spinning Backfist = Great Combination. {PS. But why don't you hit with the first 2 strikes ? Those 2 strikes are Great Setup Strikes. Sorry but I'm just a boxer & I can't understand Omitting those first 2 strikes when they are sooooooooooo Powerful.} Thank You for Sharing.
